Way to make me not feel guilty about not always washing my tray while cooking multiple items. It's funny how sometimes you think you're the only one to do certain things. Thank goodness for RUclips. 🤣

I like the florets. To be honest I usually toss the stems but you taught me something today.

I didn't know you can just trim off outer tough layer of the broccoli stem. Love the spice rub recipe. That pan sauce must taste so flavorful. Cant wait to prep this next week!

I always hate cutting and cooking squash and watching you do it is helping me build the confidence to use more squash! Never thought to put veggies in the instant pot like that to cook. Also, I did NOT know you can put the instant pot lid in the dishwasher 😂 learning so much and I’m 5 minutes into the video!

I was shocked as a kid when I would hear that other kids didn’t eat the stems of the broccoli. Granted just having a kid eat any broccoli in America was considered a win. Different expectations.

Team stems! How do you prevent a burnt pan when cooking more than one item item without foil or parchment paper?

I believe some browning on the pan is just to be expected over time and can be cleaned with elbow grease. With enough oil and the right cooking times, I’ve never had an issue with anything sticking to these.
