I agree with you, that setup works extremely well, my snowblower tractor has the same for heat. Where I am in Ontario it doesn't get extremely cold, but it gets cold enough.
I’ve seen those before. I imagine it would would be a decent option for those running an alternator. With a rectifier it might be a bit much. Even a 150w heater would draw ~13amps. I’ve thought about mounting a little fan but so far moisture buildup hasn’t been too much of a issue with the dry winters around here. Cheers
Iam from northern ontairo and have mine in close with the argo's tarp i built a heat exchanger around the muffler with to fans one for windsheld and other for heat in back for the kids and they complain there been cooked and as for me driving with just my thongs at -30 going fishing suits me just fine😂😂😂😂😂😂

It would probably be pretty good even without a cab, it’s such a simple easy thing to do! Great idea!
Princess Auto sells a 12v little car heater that works great, and you can mount it towards the windshield to help keep it clear 🙂

Great idea, once I get around to making an enclosure I think I'll give that a shot.
Noctua fans cost more but last forever they have sealed bearings to
