+jigger jones Tabla was widely used in Arabic countries as well as India as a traditional percussion instrument. He isn't fully wrong when he labels tablas as Arabic instruments, as they did have their own style of playing them.

So after several years, I think I figured it out. The verse vocals (not the long drawn out singing) are sung by Rin and Kaito, the Vocaloids.
I like the Arabic tabla beats in this one. Please do more with Arabic instruments 👌🏼
