I feel so bad for Uncle Gary, digging up all this about Kurt has gotta be hard, but if anyone wants justice for Kurt then these things need to be given to someone who could actually do something like re open the investigation. I mean if they can re open Tupac and find one of his killers then we should be able to get Courtney put away forever

Now mind you Seattle Police don't wanna admit they messed up, and Courtney had her hands in every aspect of this case, #1 all the drugs in the root beer, kurts slashed tires, the fact he wouldn't and couldn't shoot up and reach the trigger in the position he was in, the "suicide" note was written in 2 different hand writings along with a practice sheet in Courtney's backpack, Kristen said she heard who she thought was Kurt in the hallway the night Cali helped kill him because he was cleaning up and running around the house. The autopsy guy was great friends with Courtney and should've been conflict of interest. Do I need to continue? There's much more I could list but remember Seattle deemed this a suicide immediately so they didn't need to investigate. I didn't say this video had all the evidence but a few new things I've never heard before, if the right people reopened this with all the right info CL would be put away along with Cali and whoever else was involved. Try citing some real evidence that doesn't require further speculation. How exactly did the police mess up? There is nothing unusual about Kurt's positioning and his note has been ruled authentic by five separate forensic handwriting experts plus Kurt's own mother. If you tried presenting any of this garbage in court you'd be laughed out of the room. So Cali, the guy who saved Kurts life in the summer of 1993 ends his life? do you normally make false accusations against the innocent? The autopsy guy you mean Hartshorne? He wasn't even the lead medical examiner. Are you actually suggesting the coroner is in on the big sinister plot too? That's laughable.

That's bullshit. The only thing Charles cared about was getting information to put in his book. He doesn't give two shots about Gary or the rest of the family. Charles is in it for the money. We know that for sure now.

Did Kurt not do the same thing earlier, when he overdosed in Rome? Only pills + alcohol that time? Later telling Dave it was 'a mistake' or 'accident'? Indicating this was a method how he ingested drugs, and no foul play since he never once said his wife tried to drug or kill him while in Rome. Are we still blaming that on Courtney too? I'm sure many know if you dissolve pills they will kick in faster, rather than take them whole. Or are we going to pretend Kurt wasn't in pain and not an addict that knew how to use drugs?
Can we pretend like Courtney definitely wasn’t a hoe with 0 mental issues, not jealous of Kurt’s fame? And just completely rule out the possibility of foul play? Pretending is fun.

I think what’s really important about what you read is that there’s the gash on Kurt’s leg, possibly a suspicious injury in the crotch region, and then you have 3 different things that “happened”: a gun with birdshot (not buckshot that would actually kill), root beer with benzodiazepines in it, and Kurt did H. Usually when people want to commit S, there’s A method, not several all at once. There was no reason to not investigate any of this!

Yeah those benzos will put you down. I was addicted to the for a while and I would drop Xanax bars in my 24oz pop sometimes, yeah it would taste a bit nasty but it got me faded.

I would like to see where the info about anybody testing the contents of the barqs can. It is no where in the police report, beside noting it was 3/4 full. Did Hawthorne or someone from SPD test it onsite? Pretty sure there was a picture floating around years ago of Sgt Cameron pouring it out over the railing of the greenhouse balcony.
Gary Cobain’s mannerism and gentle spoken ness reminds me so much of the Kurt I’ve seen in interviews. It’s so surreal. Good job American Spy Fox!
It was Mark Twain who said that a lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is still putting on its shoes. I can’t think of a better example than the Cobain case. One thing I’ve learned over the years is that any event riddled with too many contradictions has to be a ruse. No exceptions. A spontaneous event unfolding naturally in real time wouldn’t be so convoluted.

Bottom line, Courtney made a ritual sacrifice!! Amazing how her career blew up right after -- I have a dear friend who's a well-known musician who dated her and told me just how crazy she is (not that the world doesn't already know that), but the things he told me about her will make your skin crawl. I've always said it was her, she may not have pulled the trigger, but she definitely had it done. Her day will come, and justice will be served, what is done in the dark will always come into the Light!!!!

Courtney was known to spike drinks and champagne with rohypnol. There is footage of her talking about how it’s something she loves to do. If the root beer was spiked, that’s a CL move. She may have told whoever to do it.

The coat was on the ground next to him but yeah it is interesting she says he died in it. Another exaggeration/lie on her part. The confirmation of the benzo’s being in his root beer is pretty crazy. No one takes pills like that on purpose. Especially an experienced user like Kurt. The abrasions are also very interesting. None of this being questioned/investigated shows how bad the Seattle PD had their suicide blinders on. If I was a detective and found out about the drugs being in the drink I’d immediately start asking those close to him if that was something he’d do normally. Huge red flag. The lack of investigation in this case is so sad. However, it wasn’t by accident. The people behind the murder were more than aware that if a case is ruled a suicide there is no further investigation.

I was an addict to. The H, and pain killers, I'd take downers to get higher but I've never seen anyone put zan-x, Valium or any downers in their drink.
Most I have seen and for myself back then would crush it and snort it or just take it by mouth. Drug addicts want do anything to come close to wasting any drugs like putting it in a drink
Benzos drastically exacerbate the effects of heroin, there is no reason why Kurt would take them(in a drink) before shooting up 3 times the lethal dose, followed by using a gun to shoot himself(which he wouldn’t have even been physically capable of) it’s laughable. This finding just adds more evidence to the fact Kurt was murdered.
As someone who was once addicted to Xanax, I can tell you that I nor any other Benzo addict I've known ever put pills in a drink.
I used to crush temazepam up and put them in a little shot glass with juice because it comes on a lot quicker. Diazepam taste disgusting broken down so I'd be surprised if anyone would do it with them more than once but who knows, different people do different things.

So obvious he was murdered. Slips into a coma a couple months prior from roofies hidden in his champagne when Courtney and brought Frances to visit him in Rome while he was already trying to divorce her (oddly enough she brings “Cali” too without his knowledge). Kurt was clean at this time because the medical examiner in Rome said there was no heroin in Kurt’s system. Then a couple months later Kurt dies with massive amounts of heroin in his system and a slew of inconsistencies. Yeah, sure.
I wish I could see a copy of the autopsy report. I also wish it could be used in some way to shame the SPD and the coroners office to reopen this case. It is so obviously a total disgrace how the case was handled. Kurt deserved so much better.

Gary Cobain should probably rent a safety deposit box in a bank (or similar place) to lock up that report. I personally believe that’s a better option than a safe. Plus, a safe can be stolen. I just think it would be safer for Gary to not have it in his home now that ppl know for sure.I’m concerned that now that people know Gary has that report that someone may try to break in. When I saw Soaked in Bleach I was really curious about the root beer can next to Kurt, especially when that bottle of pills had been found under Courtney's mattress before they found him, and with Courtney's history of manipulating people with drugs. It's not something above her to have done - so that was another smoking gun in the room to me. My (and our) suspicions just grow more and more concrete as time goes on. If Kurt was incapacitated from drinking something spiked, then that could lead to what transpired if he couldn't defend himself and wasn't responsible. I don't see anything in the case that indicates he chose that fate.
Soaked in Bleach is an error filled work of fiction that been trashed even by the people who appear in the film. if he was incapacitated from drinking something spiked that would have shown up on the autopsy report yet it does not. they found no more than trace elements of valium in his system. you "suspicions" are laughable.
Time of death also was estimated to be very early morning so it would be pretty dark at that time of year. The lighting looks crappy in the room. I wonder if he wasn’t sleeping or half asleep when the events transpired.

Benzo's and opiates are a deadly combination. Both depress the heart and lungs. I know many drug addicts and was in that world for quite awhile and I have never seen or heard of anyone dropping pills in their drinks like that. Also not saying no one does it,but never heard of it. The gash on his leg was also odd. That was never released to the public
The reason Courtney pulls Kurt's brown corduroy jacket out was so she could lie and say that Kurt was wearing it so she could sell it for money. Notice how she still has it, that's because no one wanted to pay big bucks for it. But by saying he was wearing it, it would sell for more. Did his jeans and shirts he died in ever sell? I'm sure whoever bought them stayed anonymous because it is morbid to want to own some clothes someone died in. Then Courtney goes on to say how she'll have to put the jacket in some storage with an undisclosed location since it's now known the jacket is in her garage. At that time, she was down to lying and selling anything she could of Kurts because she was broke. I think she had sold 50% of his publishing or journals or something, years earlier and she had spent it.
The jacket was there. He just wasn’t wearing it when found. It was on the ground next to his body. So it’s interesting she says he died in the jacket. Either she knows something we don’t and Kurt actually was wearing the jacket when he died and someone took it off him. Or she’s exaggerating saying he died in it instead of saying it was with him when he died
The jacket was taken into evidence, cl has a similar coat that there's pics of her in. She never took it spd did.

Kurt had a hot root beer, then was dragged into the greenhouse and finished off...Why'd they take his coat off? Even by the photo's, we can see, his clothes are scrunched up and his hair was fanned out. And as Dr. Wecht so eloquently said..."I don't think he lived very long..."
That’s utter nonsense this confirms nothing of the sort. Kurt had trace elements of other drugs in his system. What’s his coat removed supposed to be evidence of? Kurt took his own life whether you want to accept that or not.

They didn’t do an investigation because the death certificate was signed with the cause of death being suicide before the toxicology report came back. This should been reversed as a gross error as soon as the toxicology report came back! Why they couldn’t do that I don’t understand. Also the coroner should have been fired for signing a death certificate before the toxicology report came back.
They got to sign off on the certificate over a technicality that textbook suicide is determined if there is a weapon and a suicide note present. I think CL having a good “friend” involved in the autopsy made that possible.
@@buddingvenus8487 Yes, so true! I remember him saying that in the interview. “This was a textbook case….” So of course there was no need to look deeper, it would have been such a waste of time. Definitely obvious that is how they set it up hoping we all would fall for it and for the most part the cops that got to the scene first did. But I feel the homicide unit should not have, but then maybe what the hell it was a Friday, so hey “textbook” sounds good. We all know why the coroner did very little he was a friend of Courtney’s.

I had a biking accident recently, knees were bruised and scabbing took weeks to heal; pants were totally intact showing not even a scuff.

This whole „selling the report at an auction“, sorry to say, is so darn stupid it hurts. Far more important is FIRST that the report and any substantial points of interest regarding the Kurt cobain Death case is communicated to the authorities and media in hopes to finally move this case further toward justice!
Anything else about selling this document, consider this feasible at a later point in time. But making this the FIRST step is just stupid beyond belief.
The appropriate thing to consider now is clear as day. So why turning this into unnecessarily complicated auction farce? And then „hoping the right person buys it“? Find the error of this thought 😂

Thank you so much for all this hard work you have put into all of this. I wasn’t alive when Kurt was but that man was a huge inspiration to me when it comes to music. He deserves justice and his family deserves answers. No one can deny the facts are strange and could most likely lead to Kurt not being alone when he passed. I wanted to write a book about Kurt and all the strange things that are going on, but I know so many people have and I know that people wouldn’t take me seriously. But yeah, thank you so much!!

Great interview. Just in response to your question regarding the benzo laced soda, I did know an addict who used to put opiates in their drink- however, it wasn't for the primary "high", it was to keep the high going at a diluted rate without overdosing. It also breaks down the pills rather quickly, due to carbonation and surface area- so it would be more readily available to metabolise (i.e. the effects were felt more instantly than just injesting the pill). Some compounds also bind to sugar. This isn't something common though, generally something done when someone has been addicted for years atleast from what I've seen and heard. If it was done without Kurt knowledge, however, it would be a hell of a convenient way to really incapacitate someone quickly, especially if they were already using. The question is how the medication wouldve ended up in the can without Kurt knowing.
It was actually quite easy to trick Kurt. CL herself said in an interview that when he was very nervous, she would put Valium in his drink, without Kurt knowing.

Some correction bro. The stuff you read in the tox screen are not a bunch of individual drugs in his system. For example monoacetylmorphine is a metabolite of heroin after its in the body. Same with Diazepam and Nordiazepam. Nordiazepam is whats in your body after taking Diazepam(brand name Valium).
Heroin is an opiate because it's stronger version of Morphine. Opiates are opium, codeine, morphine and heroin. (Opioids are more synthetic pharmaceuticals). Diacetylmorphine(brand name Heroin) belongs to the class opiates just like Benzodiazepines is a class of drugs with Diazepam(valium), Flunitrazepam(Rohypnol), Lorazepam (Ativan),
Alprazolam(xanax).
Unless there was more, from what you read, the The only benzodiazepine seems to be Diazepam, and only opiate Heroin. There could be a chance he had a seperate dose of codeine, but codeine naturally occurs in morphine and H. Anyways good job dude and thanks for sharing
Correct - these are metabolites of the heroin, save the diazepam and the other opiate, which was a surprise to see - codeine. Chuck didn't know any of this, but after reading it on video, said confidently, "He was drugged, people!".

total mg morphone/liter is counting all the metabolites in the blood thats free and already metabolized and "free" would be a count of what he just injected right then and there with no time to metabolize
kurt had 1.52mg/L high 11.8 times the lethal does IF "free" (0.25 mg/L being lethal in free morphine count) but if it was total morphine count a lethal does is more around 2.88 mg/L
but being mixed with several benzos at the same time in unknown dosages would be enough to incapacitate kurt keeping his heart beating where a lethal injection (free morphine count) and then the coup de gras with a shotgun blast to the hard pallet (which is why i dont believe allen wrench had anything to do with it, he claims he choked cobain to unconsciousness and used the shotgun to "cover up" any injuries making it sound like it was a throat/under the chin shot. i know for a fact that before this video even came out .. that it was a "non perforating shotgun blast to the hard pallet"

I had no idea about the benzos in the root beer. I'm no benzo expert but I've never heard of anyone deliberately taking pills that way. The obvious observation is that the drink was spiked. How that alone didn't raise a red flag that they might want to investigate this further is beyond me.
That's just it. If he'd wanted to take them why not just take them as pills? Did he throw pills into the can? If so, how long does it take for them to dissolve into the root beer?
If you want the effect, then why not just swallow the pills and let things go from there.
As far as arguing for murder, it was an opaque can that contained a dark liquid. If someone else needed to incapacitate him, so that they could gain access to his body, then spiking his drink with benzos would be an option.
The Rome overdose used pills that belonged to CL. Cali (Everett True book) and CL (Tom recording) are both on record saying Kurt's note to her was about him leaving her.

Diazepam is generic for Valium which is in the class of drugs Benzodiazapine which is under the category of sedatives and they are pretty common prescribed for anxiety although highly addictive and easy to od

Diazempam is Valium as the original poster said, it's from the class of drugs called Benzodiazepines, which also includes Xanax, Clonipin, Temazepam and Nitrazepam. When used with alcohol or opiates like heroin, they can contribute to overdoses.

I have a question for you. I saw Iggy Pop on RUclips talk about his meeting with Kurt Cobain. Iggy went to an early Nirvana show when they were playing clubs to check them out. Through word of mouth he heard about them.
Iggy said he left impressed with Cobain’s voice. He called it a demon troll voice.
Anyway, at the end Iggy said Cobain had to die and that’s where I’ll leave it. It struck me as an odd thing to say. Why did he have to die? People loved Kurt world wide. So I thought that was a strange thing for him to say. Also, when he wouldn’t elaborate as to why he had to die and who wanted that I thought he knows more than he’s saying.
What do you think about this. Now I’m speculating that maybe he was killed as some kind of sacrifice in a Ritual or Ceremony. I hope I’m wrong. It seems like someone is hiding something or covering something.

If you look up "Death Clause" in the music industry you will see that when a band signs with a company, the company gives them a certain amount of money as an advance, then the band is expected to pay that advance back, usually with interest. If a member of that band dies before they pay back the advance, the record company can use the artist's likeness, merchandise, or music catalog as insurance to get the money back. They will get their chunk before the other members or family members get anything. It's a pretty shitty way to do business , but that's how the record company works. It's called riding the gravy train.

And by the way, I take benzos. I have never nor would ever put them in a drink, they actually taste pretty nasty. You would pop one in your mouth and root beer it down. Charles commented before, that Kurt was pursuing a divorce, but then committed suicide, it doesn't make any sense to waste your time on a divorce, if you know you were going to die soon anyway. Also his song "you know your right" He was saying to her she didn't have to fear, because he was going to divorce her and move away and wouldn't say anything about how she tried to kill him in Rome, he knew it was her, he kept that to himself (and we all know why he would have to do that) he just wanted the hell away from her.
That makes no sense whatsoever. Someone tried to take his life but he kept quiet about it? Who does that? People don’t act that way. They were not divorcing they weren’t even separated and he had just attended rehab at her request. Who does that if you’re getting a divorce? Diazepam is valium and it comes under the class of drugs called benzodiazepines - e.g. valium , rohynol , temazepam , xanax , Ativan etc are all benzos i actually get prescribed a benzo myself for severe insomnia and where im from these drugs get abused every day and ive yet to cone across anyone who puts their tablets in a can of root beer or any other beverages it just doesn't happen unless you want someone to imgest them without their knowledge , thsts the only reason I can see this happening .edit - i was meant to type this comment in the main thread to let spyfox know what benzodiazepines are but i commented here instead 😂
