My desire has been to share my journey in starting over after becoming single. In recording a video sharing incompatibilities, I realized some of the things were a lot more than incompatibilities; emotional manipulation was taking place which is a form of abuse. Recognizing how serious this is can be a great tool in saving yourself.
After taking some time to work through feelings (and very necessary therapy), and beginning to thrive, I’ve decided to share just SOME of what went down behind closed doors. To me, talking is healing, and if I can help even ONE person, that is a massive accomplishment.
If you are experiencing any of this in a relationship, PLEASE get help so that you can leave. None of this is healthy.
