You should spend at least a weekend there and then I recommend to not only do the railway, but also the Gondola to the "Kleines Matterhorn", which is with ~3900 meters the highest station you can reach in Europe. Can't wait for you guys to get back there
I saw the Matterhorn from the Italian side, in Cervinia. I was on a skiing trip and took the cable car to the top, stood in Italy with one foot, Switzerland with the other, and then skied back down. It was great!
This video was awesome, despite the cloud cover. Loved all the scenery Charlotte got during the drive. The town looked so nice. I can only imagine having a room at one of those hotels and spending a few days there! Hope your able to make a return trip some time!

The Alps is a stunning place to visit. Somewhere i've been a few times and somewhere i'm sure you'd love is Chamonix Mont Blanc which has a cable car up to the Aguille Du Midi from which you can take a gondola across the face of Mont Blanc and into Italy to Pointe Helbronner, Chamonix also has a leisure park that has an alpine coaster 😊

We also visited the matterhorn museum which I found really interesting! You should definitely come back and experience the railways and cable cars ☺If you come back: the mountain glacier paradise is expensive but definitely worth it! The 5 lakes walk is also great and not too challenging. Have the best time with the rest of your travels x
My favourite pass was from Germany to Italy the Brenner Pass. When I was 13 my parents took me by coach from London to 7 european countries. Starting from our arrival in Belgium. It was a magical experience, and I found Austria to be my favourite. Also, back then all the boarders were still closed there and we had to stop at everyone it was exciting just my opinion 🤷 I love you guys
It sounds like you will definitely return to Switzerland, so when you start planning it try going by train all the way from the U.K. using an Interrail Pass, this makes the cost a lot lower. Even 1st Class which is what we bought. No Backpacking, we just based ourselves in Bern, and we visited a lot of Switzerland each day during our 7 nights that we were there. Swiss trains are fast, clean, and efficient. We travelled all the way from home by train first to Disneyland Paris for a few days, then broke the journey on the way home stayng at Europa-park for a few days. Europa-park to home was simply 3 trains; a TGV from Ringsheim to Paris, a EuroStar from Paris to London, then home from London. All in about 10 hours.😊
Wow, stunning views, thanks for taking us all along, yes you will have to go back i would love for you to get those views up there, shame the wheather was not good enough for you to go up this time but i would not have paid that amount either unless i was going to get the full views, its so expensive! We need trains like that in our country for our scenic railways such as the Settle Carlile and the Highland Railway.
There's a Swiss transport pass that means you can use all public transport along with half price on the cable cars, as well as the rack railway. Plus the teeth in the middle of the railway is a rack and the train uses a cog called a pinion. It means that trains can climb much steeper gradients

We’ve been waiting for this vlog ❤🇨🇭❤. Zermatt really is beautiful 🏔️😍 We’ve been a few times luckily, during the winter & summer & it really is hit & miss with regard to views of the Matterhorn…. I would highly recommend a return visit, stay for a few days & get up really early to catch the best views, before the cloud has chance to build…. Once you’ve been once you’ll just want to keep returning ……. Really enjoyed the vlog 👍🏻
There's a Pizza Vending Machine at a rural TGV station in France. Seriously, its enough finally seeing Zermatt after the Jetlag Bois failed to get anywhere close twice
My son bought a watch at Swatch right next to the choc poster last year. I’m guessing you guys aren’t into watches as you didn’t comment on Rolex, breitling etc all the posh watch shops LOL. we took the cable car up to the restaurant at the top of the Matterhorn. Absolutely amazing. Your ears pop!
Hi, what a shame you did not get to see the Matterhorn in all it's beauty. I went with my family in June, and we had a crystal clear day. We took the Train up Gornergrat, I have taken a 360 Video from the top, which is on my channel if you are interested.
Just a question do you know if there where other carparks and trains to take you there or is it just one train and carpark Also is there an option for you to walk there or is it train only ( not that I would want to walk 😂) but just wondering I wonder if the food delivery’s go on the train or do they allow deliveries to drive down there

A life spent eating chicken nuggets,chips,pizza & Greggs sausage rolls is not only a serous health hazard but also very boring. Think of all the amazing tastes & flavours you could experience when they travel all over the world. I really do worry about their future health if all they eat is processed rubbish. I've been watching the channel for years & I'm not having a go at them really I'm not.
We’ll eat what WE want to eat as it’s what WE like 😉 We don’t travel for food, neither are we a food channel. We travel for the destination and sights and grab a quick stop for food along the way!

Mcdonalds! Guys this is so disappointing! Try some of the local food,you might like it.
I’ve been to that Mcdonalds and they source their food from local farms so it’s different to your average McDonald’s
They do not enjoy new to them foods.. which they have constantly stated. Would be great if people would let them eat what they like to eat.
