My goal in life is to get one of those Canadian Edition 858s now. Eventually I'll get a 958 too, I think a Tactical with a good muzzle brake, a Hilux CMR AK 1-4x24, and a Blue Force Gear AK sling would make that a perfect setup for a lot of different things.
Return to zero should be good? You should maybe test this gun for a return to zero considering that's what everyone's issue is with this rifle. Please evaluate for the rest of us
+Formattednate 1107 First results show that the return to zero is good after removing the top cover. The operator will have a huge impact on this. Surfaces must kept clean and screws tightened evenly. Abuse the mating surfaces and return to zero will be poor and this will not be covered under warranty.

How about a tutorial on cleaning after shooting corrosive WITHOUT a full tear down? Cause I've been doing a full tear down after each useage.
does the regular polymer handguard of a VZ58 fit on the CZ958 ?

Is the profile of the barrel (diameter) the same on the tactical and the hunter?

So I can't put my adjustable put stock adapter and magpul stock on it?
+Formattednate 1107 Yes but the angle on the 958 is square so this will affect the angle of the butt, not all adapters will give you a workable angle.
No captive pin to take off the dust cover/rail....no thanks

Never, but the only 958 has been sold in CGN....... I love those rifles too, but they are far too "dangerous" for RCMPs......
