My father passed away back in June 2022 while I was playing Valheim daily. I spent most of my play time back then building my house, storage, smelter etc. I didn't modify anything since his passing, I kept that home base untouched, I visit it occasionally and I stand still in his memory. My dad passed away peacefully at home, I can see him during his last few days at home while this music plays in the background, he will soon leave home for the last time...
@@Carrot_Darknesss I did. Me and my brothers took a Yuling camp for our own. Fixed up the fences, fortified the hurts and towers as our rooms, and turned most of the ground inside into farmland for barley and flax.
I made my black marble castle with a hexagon gate and now everytime i come home I hear the dvergr ost instead of the base ost, its a nice change of pace
When I'm mining a huge chunk of Copper and need to rebuff myself, so I put down a fire source nearby and use the "shelter" from the floating rock to get amazing 3 comfort, I too feel right at home
just brings me nostalgia when i started playing in the early access when n everybody thought the game was bad and overall it just hits differently, like I feel sad and reminds me of my home in real life
