I OTP Garen and I don't like phase rush at all, I feel so squishy. If I have a matchup that's not good for Conqueror, I pick something else or dodge.
Hey man I recommend you check out Chippys new Garen guide. It's very in depth and he talks about the scaling and proxy/pressure mindset with Garen with PR and ghost. It's been working so well with me I'm a Garen main too

Hello, could someone help me? I need to know when to use conqueror and when to use phase rush, in some otp I see that they always use phase rush and ghost, but I would like to know if in any particular case should I change that? The build I'm almost always using is berserker boots, stridebreaker, double zeal, hullbreaker and sterak
Matchup dependent. But, phase rush-ghost is usually aiming to scale into mid-late game and fast in and out trades in lane. Usually what I take into ranged matchups for me, but also into matchups where I need to GTFO of trade like More, or buy time, like Trynd. Conq is more on if you want to stat check and be able to fight early. Jax for me is a conq matchup, irelia as well to fight early. Seems to work ok vs Camille, but still figuring that out. Exception is Darius, which is godawful. Been using Riste's grasp-triforce build for that.
