Seeing Mike, on the main channel, checking what Chempunk chainsword (the non-armour bruiser heal cut) did and then going with Mortal Reminder (the more or less ADC intended heal cut) this game has me thinking what could be changed on the chainsword to make it enticing for the intended classes/roles to use it? Leave it as is but drop the price or add an on-hit effect?
It used to be insanely cheap and people used to build it due to it being cost efficient. But now no one really cares for it because they made it more costly for some reason. If they reduced the cost, it would be like it used to be and people would buy it again. The problem is if Riot lowered its cost then they would have to admit they highered the cost for no reason and as we know, riot does not admit to mistakes.
100% garen needs a nerf his spin should not get a benefit from attack speed i know he was lvl 4 and you were 6 but your spin literally did over half his health you have no dmg item you got boots half his hp from 1 ability is insane. would be ok if you got dmg but you got boots. this whole thing started with yas and yone were attackspeed gets to do more then attackspeed and then they kept added things that add stuff. they really needed to learn from pyke hp turns into attack dmg was a great thing garen and yas yone should get that attack speed gives cd instead of not ontop of
You either run down" the enemy or get kited trying. Can practically "one shot" any adc or squishy while being unreasonably tanky. or you end up getting kited and killed before you can do much
Its easy to win with Garen when you have a paid actor with no range attack giving you a 4-1 minion lead at the start. Garen is absolute fucking trash. All you get is zoned off by other tanks with ranged abilities. He has ZERO damage output so once you get hit, you're done.
