    Indeed! We are so lucky to have access to such powerful information. I was thinking about the “toxic” load impact sometime ago. I just threw away a bottle of “ fake” perfume with ingredients which I cannot even understand 🤔 Thank you for sharing your gift with the world 🌎 🙏

    I couldn't lose another 10 lb eating just once or twice a day for the past 2 years, untill i started dry fasting, around 40 hrs week.

    Love your passion and the way you explain health phenomena which rarely are analyzed like this.
    Wished I had discovered you last year. After a three week vegetable juice cleanse I went on healthy Keto and IF for 8 - 9 months. I lost about 8 kg, then I got stuck for 3 whole months which frustrated me incredibly. I fell back into old bad habits. It was a depressing horror bc I knew what what I was doing to me
    but couldn't stop for 9 months.
    Thanks to you I know better now. I started all over again - wiser and more patient with the whole process. 🙏🙏

    YESSS that is me! Train twice per day, do extended fast and IF with Keto but can't lose. Finally quit coffee, hoping that will help.

      @Cerberus thank you. I love green tea but I can only drink it with food. Drinking tea while fasting makes me very nauseous due to the tannins in the tea.

    Hello! Metabolic Reset - I would be interested in the live streaming or recorded event. Most of it is not new info for me but it is organized in a very accessible way. I'm not specifically interested in the weight loss benefits but more in the long term health benefits - cancer, heart disease, neurological degeneration prevention etc - for everybody including those that are not overweight. Thank you for your videos!!

    I lose a bunch of weight and it took a few years for the skin to get back to normal. I get losing weight when I got to 136 pounds. I figured that was enough weight to lose. I stay around 145 to 150 nowdays.

    I have been doing Keto since Oct but finally figured it all out in December. I have not lost weight. I have lost inches. I started fasting and did 13-21 hour fasts every day last week. I do Pilates 3 times a week. I still have not really lost weight. My blood sugar is rising a bit and I am having a slightly higher blood pressure and pulse rate at resting. I feel light headed. Today, after a good light dinner last night and a glass of red wine, I was so hungry th!is morning at 8:30 that I had to eat. I ate a half of avocado, pecans and 1/4 cup raspberries. An hour later I was starving. I ate Himalayian salt and drank green tea. By 11.30 I was just starving to death. I have never felt that hungry before. Can you explain? I want to join your reset!

    This knowledge Makes so much sense. I have done detoxes and cleanses in the past and felt amazing but went back to eating a normal diet of veggies, meat and grains and alcohol. Now, I can customize my fasting and low carb with detox methods to flush fat and toxic overload to yield better health results and weight loss. Looking forward to July

    Great explanation! So do you go and get a specific blood test? Then is there a difference in the detox to get rid of metals or toxins of other kinds?

    I really appreciate how you have separated the eating responsibility that we can control from the passive chemicals that are present in our bodies and environment and how both affect fat production. I am very interested in the heavy metal detox and the pesticide detox although I have been organic for quite some time. I had to go that route because I could feel symptoms from eating non-organic. Thanks again

    I have wondered if the weight gain after menopause could be necessary for some process that we aren't aware of. I'm not talking about extreme weight gain but what about 10-20 lbs? Now I'm speaking of someone with high daily energy, not someone who feels like garbage.

    I eat WFHC low fat…Keto makes me ill…I think it just takes a little longer to get into nutritional ketosis…I exercise in fasted state…17 to 48 hours

    🙋🏽‍♀️ Been doing IF for months now, removing sugar from my diet. Eating within a window and drinking plenty of water. Not losing, instead scale says i have gained weight. Just tired 😓 😤. How do we get the toxins/hormones out? Only way i know is increasing sulphorafanes by eating veggies to remove the estrogen. I am increasing those types of veggies even though it causes bloating and gas for me.

    Dr Mindy your amazing & thank you for educating us. Bay Area PE teacher & coach and would love to get info on metabolic reset and attend live on the 5th. Down over 100lbs using intermittent fasting and cutting out excess carbs, but have gained 20lbs back and it won't come off anymore still fasting & gym 2x a day..... Frustrated, but look forward to your guidance soon!

    As a menopause middle age woman this is me, doing this since 2011. I was in toxic overload from my employer due to chemicals for 8 years, I detoxed for several times in the last few years, been eating organic for years. Will you live stream your event?

    Dr. Mindy, I did a heavy metals test about five years or so ago. I was found to have more than 90% lead in my system and a lower amount of cadmium. I would be very interested in your info regarding heavy metal detox. I have done a few chelation treatments, but nothing in recent years. Thanks! Vicki

    This makes sense to me ... fat is stored energy but also is where we store toxins etc. I am happy I’ve learned so much from Dr Fung’s videos and books and now from you! One question, in this video you said something about storing insulin, but you meant fat, right? We don’t really store insulin, do we? Thanks again!

    I was finally able to get rid of that last little bit that I’ve been struggling with for years, and I think it did release some of those toxins because my system went nuts, I started having extreme uncontrollable anxiety, and I developed eczema really bad, and I had never had it before. I’m happy that I was able to lose it, but that was really weird.

      Coffee enemas, drink green juices (with green apples and lemons and the rest are greens with turmeric and ginger), ditch your household chemicals and use essential oils on your skin instead of lotions and perfume (they are endocrine disruptors....so are fabric softener and plug-ins).

    Exactly what I needed to hear today! I'm stuck and have been for MONTHS. Keto, sugar-free, lengthy fasts and strength training aren't making a difference on my belly fat and the last 20 pounds.
    How do I go about determining if it is related to hormone excess or toxin excess? It seems logical to think it must be one of these culprits. Tests? I'd be very interested in learning the next step.

    It seens only the 20:4 goes after belly fat.
    I do the 20 hour fast 1x in the week, and the next day my belly fat is less.
    I return to 18:6 ..it is baaack!
    I do not want to substitute supplements for food.
    I don’t think I can do 20:4 intermittant fasting more than a day.
    What do you recommend?

    I believe i've got damaged kidneys due to fasting and keto. It started as i noticed my urine go pure orange in colour then within 2 weeks of this my kidneys started to give me pain. Don't get me wrong i lost weight but i just believe the breakdown of glycogen can really put a lot of stress on the kidneys. Now I'm in a delicate situation and looking for a way to reverse this. I've tried celery juice, lemon water, cranberry juice and astragalus and milk thistle but still nothing has taken away this condition. Just waiting on my ultra sounds coming back to me. Any advise on this would be appreciated as surely someone has done keto and fasting has had this. I was doing a 30 hour fast 2 times per week and kept my carbs under 5%
