We conducted the Gurubaa Pre-CMAT Hike to Jamacho Gurubaa on March 11, 2024. The hike provided an immensely enjoyable experience, surrounded by captivating natural beauty at every turn.
About Our Journey:
We started our journey from Chabahil, Kathmandu, reaching Phulbari Gate by reserving seats on the local bus. After purchasing tickets (Rs 100 per Nepalese citizen), we began our hike. Two and a half hours later, we arrived at the summit where Jamacho Gumba stands. From there, we could see Phulbari Gate and started the hike, exploring the Himalayas, landscapes, and the Kathmandu valley. Along the trail, local vendors offered various foods including panipuri, chatpate, tea, and cold drinks. After descending for an hour, we returned to Phulbari Gate.
