    Well organized, well edited, well detailed, and very well explained to the point that, as an amateur mechanic, I have zero reservations to perform this myself should my Raptor ever need such work...
    I was just looking for the oil-bleed bolt torque... Thanks!

    If timing is off by a tooth will it affect timing.

    • @PartzillaParts

      They were torqued to 14 ft-lb as called out at the 5:55 mark. We just missed catching it on video!

      Did you get it? I’d pull the crank side case cover off.

    • @travissprague7775
      @travissprague7775 2 года назад +1

      @@mitchelldaniel2350 ya I had to pull the cover and magneto was not fun but did my timing chain while I was in there

      @@travissprague7775 I did something to the same extent. Dropped a wrist pit for wrist for piston down in the motor. Got it out luckily. Thought I was about to be splitting the motor. Stuffed some clean rags down in the hole gave it another shot, and got it. That’s one of them mistakes that you’ll only make one time.

    Where did you get the torque wrench at and how much is it to buy ??

    • @zacharyadams6277
      @zacharyadams6277 5 лет назад

      It's just a snap on. You can get it on the tool truck. Probably around $200

    I have a 2006 Raptor 700, turns on fine but dies within seconds, any any idea what could be the issue?

    • @PartzillaParts
      @PartzillaParts  5 лет назад +1

      Fuel or spark. In this case, I'm guessing fuel.

    • @sg6722
      @sg6722 5 лет назад

      Partzilla could the fuel pump be bad, even if it primes?

    • @PartzillaParts
      @PartzillaParts  5 лет назад

      @@sg6722 Yes, just because it primes doesn't mean it's actually pushing fuel.

    I must have missed it, but why does a two year old machine need an engine rebuild?

    • @PartzillaParts

      It didn't. We just wanted to build one from scratch and show you the assembly.
