I find it interesting that the "dark" sibling Mae holds onto the relationship more than the "light" sibling Osha. Mae is completely willing to abandon her quest once she knows she's alive meanwhile Osha has to constantly be talked into even being near Mae again. I think's it a really interesting twist to the relationship.

Excellent point. The mother Aniseya was talking to both girls saying how the power of many was more important than the power of one. Mae is about the power of many. Though she lost her way when she thought she lost her sister. Osha is about the power of one. Which is a selfish path and the path of the darkside. I feel like we are going to see the sisters swap positions and Osha will become dark and Mae becomes light. Not 100% convinced but I feel like the show is toying with this idea.

@@ichigen511 Ohh that's actually a good theory. We think Mae is the bad one but then it was actually Osha all along. I could see it. Even her telling Yord to kill her I was like wow that went 100 real quick.

I think your Kelnacca theory is quite intriguing. You're absolutely right, they made him out to be very powerful and then BAM he's just dead like that? That's weird... That's suspicious...

After this episode I'm starting to think Osha actually set the fire and Sol tried to suppress her memory to protect her from the guilt, but her mind concocted a narrative where Mae was the perpetrator instead. We've seen how hard the moth's death hit her - it's possible that if she knew she had (accidentally?) set the fire instead it would've destroyed her with guilt so Sol, again, was trying to protect her. How that ties into the Master idk but Mae switching sides so quickly this ep plus Sol promising to explain everything made me wonder

Yeah this idea makes sense and why Sol tells Osha he will explain everything later. He might be aware that Osha is in denial.

Also, yeah, the alchemist has got to be Mae's master.

I feel like the show is toying with this idea and giving us signs but I'm not 100% convinced yet. I'm really enjoying the mystery.

I think the master is a male because Mae refers to him as a “he” iirc

Also his hands in the trailer when he catches the lightsaber look very male.
