It doesn't get much better than that John. The roast was cooked perfectly and I bet it tasted outstanding since it was dry-aged! Mighty fine brother!!!
Lookin' killer! I love me a good roast beef sandwich! All the cool new toys were featured, the Joetisserie, the dry aging, the new slicer... Someone was a good boy in 2015!
Nice cook and video. My mouth was watering watching you slice the beef and assembling that sammich. A slicer has been on my wish list for a while now. I think it's time to move it to the top of the list.

hi john, have you thought about doing a chicken kebab/shwarma type thing on the joetisserie i would be very interested in how it turn out? great videos by the way!
Looks great John! What are your thoughts on using the Jotisserie to do a "low and slow" (I'm thinking brisket / pork butt here)?? Could you keep the heat low enough? Use heat deflectors? (Don't have one yet; but it's definitely on my Wish List! Thanks!
