I found the video very helpful as it encourages me to find the right way for myself instead of trying to copy someone else's. There's plenty of videos with lines of affirmations, this was refreshing and very nice. Thanks!

Itd be nice if you didn’t spend over half the video talking about why we should say affirmations and just give the affirmations
