Thank you for this. I'm doing my first dopey next month and I was looking for this video exactly. Especially love the large zip-loc bag tip. I would have never thought of that. We're staying for 5 nights after the Marathon, so I'll have to pack a bit more. =)
Hey boss! Appreciate your channel. I’m going to be running my first marathon with you in January! Never ran more than a 5k before officially but I’ve been following their training program and am excited! Question: did my first 20 mile run and felt some really bad pain in the back of my legs in line with the back of my knees. Hard to walk today lots of pain but no bruising. Any idea what this could be and how to avoid it?
That’s awesome and congratulations on taking on 26.2! I’m not much of a medical expert so I can’t give you much on the pain, but running that distance does take its toll. If it lasts for longer than you think it should, you may want to have it checked out. Happy running!!!

You’re going to love it! The first 2 days are great, and then you’re like, “JFC, man.”
