  • This crochet bag uses a variety of crochet stitches to create a beautiful stitch pattern up the side of the bag. The base of the bag uses the linked double crochet stitch to reduce the gaps between stitches.

    Love this pattern. Never heard of linked double crochet before and will definitely try to do this. Your tutorial is very well understood. Thank you so so much for this.

    I love linked double crochet. This will also help me use that last lonely cotton cake I have.

      One cake is enough. You will have some left over and I plan to share a pattern in two weeks that uses some of that left over yarn.

      I am so glad you enjoy. One day I want to do some tutorials on how to line different shaped bags. Adding a lining is fantastic.

    Almost finished with the bag! It looks lovely. I used acrylic and a dk weight with tight stiches for the first one. (More chains& rows. ) Trying to use what I have on hand in the ombre group. So far, so good. Thank you so much for sharing your pattern and the tutorial. I absolutely love working ldc!

    Hi Lindsay love your tutorials but they don't sell your yarn here in South Africa I tried several yarn shops over in cape Town is there a place that I can order from over in United States please

      You can check online. I am not sure who ships to that area. You can always substitute the yarn as well. I try to use medium-weight/size 4/ 10 ply yarn for most of my projects and that should be easier to find.

    I Have a cotton cake but if I use another yarn approx how many yards do I need?

    • @WindingRoadCrochet
      @WindingRoadCrochet  2 года назад

      The yardage should be the same. I believe I least 260 yards for this projects in the material list.

    Hi I am a beginner to crochet, do u have a slower video to watch please?

    • @WindingRoadCrochet
      @WindingRoadCrochet  2 года назад +1

      I do not have a slower video but did you know that you can change the speed of the video? Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the screen (on the phone) and change the playback speed. That way you can change the speed on any video.
