    Interesting video! I have a question: How can I balance weightlifting (in the gym) and weightlifting in my wrestling training so I don't get fatigued and sore. At first I thought about only using weights in the gym and only wrestling while in my wrestling training.

      It's not so much that you would lift weights during your wrestling practices, but that you would structure your lifting sessions in the gym with exercises that would make you a more capable wrestler. I have a video on my channel with some important exercises for wrestling if you need ideas. It's OK to build up a little bit of fatigue/soreness, but in season, I would base how hard you're lifting off of how hard the wrestling training is. Ex: if you don't have any important competition coming up feel free to lift hard, but if it's a few days before a big tournament lift a bit easier
