    I would swap the 2200 sqft and 3VA to keep VA in the same column as the rest of the VA items. I like the teaching though!

    How would mini splits be factored in ?

      Take 125% of the highest rated mini-split, and 100% of the others. I assume they would include a heat pump so there would be nothing to compare it to as far as heat is concerned.

    Why do you add 2400 on 8000+30%=10.400

      Column C is only good for 12kW. When you get over 12kW you have to look at note number 1 at the bottom of the table.
