the rest of them is the chest in the swimming pool in the survivor island and the 17th is in the hospital in survivor and idk wheres the rest so find them :D i hope this helped
The building tower I know a eazy way but a block on it and press.F3X in you back pack and no blocks but that and get it in and press teleport and teleport to blocks
the construction place was pretty easy for me because I placed a chair and sat on it then, I used my F3X tool to push the chair in and I managed to glitch inside.
Try using the seat with f3x if you have it and strech it down the floor to clip and finally make a final stretch inside the pool (you wont die) and you'll get it

For 11:30 you can use :newfly or find fly in the roleplay section and set the speed to 10 and go near the build and fly in
Same for the mountain at 16:32
and you have to join the group to get it too

There is one in a lava pit I don't know how to get there without dying I saw a glimpse of it before I died instantly
It took me So so so long to get that chest in the construction place but I got it and never gave up🙂
