Kuby knew how to take care of business so I guess we can take that as a cue that this guy is of similar caliber.

At which point Mike calmly and immediately puts an end to that nonsense with a blow that will incapacitate him for a while, but not kill him. Probably. -Then he intimidates the other goon into leaving, but in a way that doesn't outright tell him to do so and gives him the option of staying. -Lastly, he puts the moron's guns out of sight, grabs his lunch, and starts his shift by giving his employer good advice. The man was being *patient* with these three. And, as always, utterly professional.

Many actors complain about being typecast - but it's worse not being cast at all. Besides, Steve found a niche as a character type that just fits his personality, style, and physical appearance. I know that when I played GTAV, my first thought was "the guy playing him is going to be getting some high-profile work soon." He's just SO GOOD.
This is one of the first things I ever saw from the Gilliganverse. I watched the clip a few years ago, and liked it because of Steven Ogg, but I never thought that years later Better Call Saul would become my all-time favorite show, and the "old dude who beat Trevor up" would become one of my favorite characters. Actually, that was the correct distance to use a pistol in a real world combat scenario. If you're fighting in a urban area, most weapons fall short in room to room combat because they tend to be too long to bring to bear, the brass tends to ricochet so you don't want anything with a high fire rate, and the bright flash from the higher power shotguns tends to be like a mini flashbang against all parties. A skilled soldier is much better served with a knife and a pistol loaded with subsonic .40 or .45 ammo to allow for a suppressor if one is called for, and to prevent over penetration. That idiot was just over confident and underestimated his opponent
@@laysone346 shooting someone up close or at a distance doesnt have much of an impact on how lethal it is, it matters where you shoot them and what caliber youre shooting them with. a .22 short at point blank aint gonna do shit unless you hit somewhere vital, same for distance, but .45 , .357 , and .40 will burn the target at close range, and will penetrate quite a bit more at close range, but penetration does not necessarily equal lethality.

Actually, that was the correct distance to use a pistol in a real world combat scenario. If you're fighting in a urban area, most weapons fall short in room to room combat because they tend to be too long to bring to bear, the brass tends to ricochet so you don't want anything with a high fire rate, and the bright flash from the higher power shotguns tends to be like a mini flashbang against all parties. A skilled soldier is much better served with a knife and a pistol loaded with subsonic .40 or .45 ammo to allow for a suppressor if one is called for, and to prevent over penetration. That idiot was just over confident and underestimated his opponent

@@laysone346 shooting someone up close or at a distance doesnt have much of an impact on how lethal it is, it matters where you shoot them and what caliber youre shooting them with. a .22 short at point blank aint gonna do shit unless you hit somewhere vital, same for distance, but .45 , .357 , and .40 will burn the target at close range, and will penetrate quite a bit more at close range, but penetration does not necessarily equal lethality.
Between them having the actor for Trevor, the 9,000,000 handguns, and that one guys weird desire to have 4 guys, this 100% just feels like a giant GTA joke.
