Nothing wrong with crying. It’s actually how humans naturally regulate their emotions. Why we have so many dysfunctional humans around as we are taught due to patriarchy and toxic masculinity that crying is for the weak or girly. And why men can’t connect with their emotions or show emotions aka empathy and compassion… it’s all connected.

OK! so I watched the entire season 11, 10 episodes b2b and what a gem of a show! I love the activities & challenges but most of all meeting long lost relatives (especially their Mom or Dad). I am hooked on this extra special series! It's beautifully heartfelt & moving! Can't stop watching, guess I'm going to be late for work in the morning lol!

This is from Relative Race season 11.
I’m so sick of addicts ruining their children’s lives!! I’m raising a child now left behind by addicts!! The trauma they have caused this precious little one is beyond comprehension!!! Therapy isn’t even making a breakthrough!!
We are glad Jon found his father.
Please think about the addicted parent other than it sickens you. They are sickened by a choice based on trying something that latched on to them and won't allow them to put it down. They are ashamed of themselves for that choice, but until there's a renewed mind, there is no way of escape from the bondage of whatever the substance is.
Thank God the reality about our brokenness as humanity has down on you. The solution and Only solution is Christ.

No clue who my birth father is. My birth mom passed already so I can’t ask her. I was adopted out at birth. A lot of questions but it is what it is.

Its such a great shame that so many people with addiction issues and mental and physical health issues are just left to their devices or are an insurmountable burden on their families emotionally and financially. We can send people into space, create robots, launch greed, and theologically motivated wars at the cost of trillions upon billions globally, but we can't/ won't rescue our most vulnerable. We criticise the disability industry for wastefulness and greed, but are all too often unforthcoming of that criticism when very very expensive bombs blow up refugees, and corporations sponsor war mongering rulers and fund weapons manufacturing, logistics and the Industrial war complex, is an investment opportunity. Priories.
