Very nice video! Seems like you charged a fixed rate as a digital business manager. Can you share how much you charged and how you calculated the fix cost (as it can be different depending on the company)? And how many clients can a person actually take on as it is quite "brain -heavy"?

Is DBM and OBM the same?
I consider them synonyms! Other similar terms are things like 'Integrator', "Fractional COO', etc. :)
