I'm a powerlifter looking to add more functionality to my fitness and this was fantastic examples. I've just recently started incorporating duck walks so I'll try some of these too! I want to be super strong and mobile

You make these movements so smooth and controlled. Perfect! Trying them myself and they are hard to gain this level of control! Hopefully practice will pull it together eventually...you are inspiring. Thank you

Also I been ADHD my life so trying to keep count with sets and reps is a stuggle. This style I can toss it out, it dosnt get boring I just get started and see where it ends up. There certain excercises I plan to do daily and I get them done but how I get there and how changes. The whole body feels it. I can get on my back flip overroll forward then backward into a bridge or some variation then roll the other way into a plannk then push up then downward dog it until my mind says hey try this from this position. I just let God tell me where he wants me to go

I just did each about twice one set, I feel like I went through a few minutes of hard sparring. This is a game changer for sure for me. Harder then my two hour black belt test in krav maga after fasting and working out all day . I assessed myself to see what areas were my most challenging and it it was the getting up and down constantly and lack of mobility. I pretty flex for a man my age but mobility wise I now see the difference. This like a massive wd40 to my body. Getting up and down now is getting easier. proper breathing elimination of tension which is alot. Doing this and breathing has made a huge difference. I not sure what all muscles are targeted but I can feel it in the frog push up all over. Tricep and lats seem to start burning right away

🤸 Is this kind of more effective being a hybrid excercise or just a fancy thing not to be bored? 👻

Love these but I wish you’d do a slower version to practice 1-2-3 movements more slowly- beautiful none the less

Seph Rose I was wondering is it good if I do like during the day when Im free spinal waves? or it would be too much? Im having problems with mid and upper back mobility and shoulder mobility and this helps me to relief
    Thanks in advcance

A combination of bodyweight ground-based movements, alongside accommodating resistance (suspension rings), kettlebell work (although not currently), and MMA 🙏
