i remember that secure the island game. Firestarter was soooo salty
Main thing I don't like about Paddy Fields is the hard to see ridge in Bravo that blocks vehicles from going through the forest, so it's hard to use fire support vehicles which favors decks with better infantry as opposed to fire support vehicles. Also very annoying if you forget the ridge is there and the vehicles get killed of.
Honestly I don't even like the charlie side of plungjing valley much, it's much more lacking in cover, I feel a lot more defensively secure on the other side with its line of forest that I can fill up and retreat back into if anything goes wrong. The open side ends up weak against heavy air play due to the lack of cover making it hard to even have AA pieces out that aren't either spotted or in an obvious small bush. Otherwise, yeah I agree it's very well balanced and offers many paths.

Highway would be much improved if the secondary spawn points were removed and the primary spawn zones moved closer to the center. As well as the vulnerable bases, CV sniping is too viable of a tactic.
But also, just in terms of strategy, I don't feel like it's "dynamic" at all; the only winning move is to cap the second spawn asap and send your main push into the middle. All the other ranked maps have multiple viable pushes, and involve choosing an objective and playing for it; on Highway, the objective is 'delete the enemy from that position'... it's too much of a grind. So, thinking about it, it's actually my least favorite ranked map -- and I agree with the rest of your list, except for underrating Punchbowl.
Even if Punchbowl suffers a similar problem with the focus on its 2-pointers, there are at least more factors and things to think about when carrying out that attack, and more space to play around. Highway is the same play every time (your only choice is over which road for your opening push to drive up).
