One important question for me, are you able to block it to prevent it from reclining if you want? Or it can't be blocked and gets reclined each time you get back?

Honest take: How this feels and holds up, in the long run, is still to be seen. But I will say this, it is comfortable when working using this and when laying out in recline mode, it is shockingly comfortable.
