It’s so beautiful 😍 It smells like water infused with orange blossom flower, a teaspoon of honey, vanilla and ylang ylang and it is the perfect classy summer fragrance. I picture a classy rich woman in the French Riviera or Capri 😍😍😍Truly underrated and I wish it had better performance 😩 I have however found an exact dupe though for a very good price. Granada from Memo Paris smells similar but is more musky and has really good performance.
That's a really accurate and great description as well. ❤ I like the scent as well, but the performance could be better. Thank you so much for this recommendation. I still haven't had the chance to try out Memo Paris Granada, but now you got me intrigued. Have a great day! ☺
The most important thing is that it makes you feel beautiful and confident so if the scent feels too mature for you now, you can always revisit it in the future. Our taste for food and smell changes so go with what your nose tells you. Thank you for sharing your experience. 🥰
I really wonder if this would smell anything like my prized and most favorite orange blossom fragrance of all time, JPG Classique Essence Intense. Very sweet orange blossom fragrance. Absolutely divine!!
Question for everyone who uses this brand. Would you recommend Darcy or Safanad for a 70 year old woman and also for a 35 year old woman? My mom and sister. They both love wearing perfume. Thank you.
I'm also in my early 30s and for me, Darcy is way too mature with loud patchouli (not everyone loves patchouli) so it's an absolute no for me, however, Safanad is just gorgeous and I couldn't recommend it more both for your mom and sister, especially if they're into sweeter perfumes. But if they, unlike me, love strong patchouli and it's damp earthy quality, then maybe Darcy might be a good option, but I think Safanad is definitely safer as a gift option. Hope this helps! 🥰
I’m on an adventure purchasing PDM fragrances. I own Delina, Athalia, and Oriana. Safanad is my next one. I absolutely adore all of the ones I own. I love orange blossom, iris/orris root, ect so I’m just wondering if I will love this one as well. The only thing I disliked about what you said was the “sunscreen smell” and I can’t stand that smell. Please tell me the ylang ylang isn’t that strong lol
Ahahahah, well, ylang ylang is definitely not the most prominent note. Everything revolves around honeyed orange blossom, but ylang ylang gives it a creamy sunny vibe. Even if you dislike ylang ylang (I don't like it in most perfumes either), I think this one is fairly safe. Parfums de Marly knows how to make a good likable perfume, but this one has a more grown-up vibe just like Athalia does as well. 😉🥰
Do you mind telling me if your tassel moved around very easily around the neck? I try to move mine and it doesn’t budge easily to move it. It’s not glued I think it may have just been put on too tight? I bought from an authorized retailer and everything else is good, scent, box and batch code
I think it depends on how tight the little golden pearl is placed around the neck. Mine is relatively tight. I can move it, but not very easily. If the bottle, box and batch code are okay, then I'm sure you got the real deal. I hope you'll enjoy the scent! 🥰
Sorry one last question! On the bottom of your box there should be a QR code are you able to scan yours with your camera? I tried with mine but nothing popped up
@@NDL0412I was concerned that I purchased a fake PDM and so call their flagship Parfums De Marley store in my area. I emailed them photos of the box, codes etc and they confirmed it was legitimate. Maybe try that.
I purchased Coco Mademoiselle when I was 20 (even though it was a bit too mature for me) because that was the perfume how I wanted to see myself in a few years, so yeah, you can do the same with Safanad. It's an excellent choice, with the most delicious pear in the opening. I think you can pull it off, but I would save it for special or more formal occasions. 😊
Have you tried Parfums de Marly Safanad? Is this one of the best sweet orange blossoms in your opinion? 😉😊
Wow, you're good!!! Spot on!!!! Brilliant descriptions. I'm smelling Safanad on my skin right now and you're right.
Thank you. I'm glad you love the scent and that the review was helpful. ☺🥰🥰
Thanks for sharing the history. I have a sample. I may purchase the full bottle.
Glad it was helpful. 💗
Top 3 for life in my collection 😍

Yes, rich mature auntie vibe!! So true that's why i'm not so sure about it it smelled a bit too grown up for me!

I've tried just the original Jean Paul Gaultier Classique and it's pretty similar to Safanad. ;)
I own Oriana, Valaya and Safanad❤
You are so good at explaining the scents in pictures 😍

Good review❤
Thanks ;)

I have a dupe and love it.
That's great! The scent is beautiful and I love it as well. Which dupe did you buy? 🌺

do you think this scent is appropriate for a 21 year old?? or too mature?

I've never tried Safanaad but I'm more interested in trying this than any other PDM fragrance. I would blind buy this. And I will at some point.
If you like sweeter fragrance, I'm sure you will like it. 🌺🌺
@@Miri-sI definitely do! ❤
