Sad to see this channel is inactive. These videos helped me improve greatly in only my first few months on skis. Hopefully many others have benefited from this great resource. Many thanks to all athletes who contributed and the creators also.

Jesper my guy, man GREAT job! I thought that was you and then once I heard the voice then I knew it was you. You taught and showed me some great things in your stint of training and helping out with the football team while at Univ of Alabama. I was just talking of you the other day to one of my athlete clients I now train back at my facility I train at. UA just wasnt quite ready for you then but you sure knew your craft. Keep it up EXPERT!!!

Hertz, Hz, units are cycles per second, not cycles per minute. Not a big deal but just thought I would mention it. Thanks for this useful video.

although eternally impressed by cross-country ski - and many other - athletes, one only has so much time in life and must make choices, so I choose reading, cooking better, and moderate exercise, hahahaha.

The sit-ups that she is doing with the Brutal Bench - isn't that really bad for the back? (8:00 marker). Thank you.

Some of these exercises require full extended joints (the wheel one) this will NOT be good for joint health - or for strength. Strength comes from flexed joints, not straight ones. Wheel to 3/4 position (where the hands would be for double pole) woul dbe better.

Try the TRX training that uses straps attache from a platform & cage that you hold onto. These X-C Ski movements then feel safer.

4:52 There is no compliance with the metronome beat. I wish that saw this girl more often. Rise and shine Sweden. Harder, faster, stronger.
