Steven, Seeing as you have the mod, open up glass.mat with Notepad and add this line: tfNoWriteZ 1 This should allow the currently "hidden" parts of the forward armored glass frame elements to become visible. As it is now, the frame shows only the parts on the near side of the glass texture, making it look like a simple 2D thing. And on the matter of the armored glass, in my 'pit mod (not yet complete for release) I've given it a greenish tint appropriate for the thickness.
Proof positive that dive bombers fare no better than torpedo bombers without escort fighters to engage enemy fighters. But then, "scratch on flattop!";)
@@Steven197106 having trouble installing it, theres two versions one with buttons and one without, not sure which one to use as im on 4.12.2m. Im only using VP modpack and theres no "mods" folder he mentions, did you have this same issue?

@@xJoshx77 open the waw folder and put the file sample and presets in the main folders in il2 you know my_ samples and my_presets
