What about " customer damaged" items??
Thank you for reaching out. For any item that is categorized as “Customer Damaged", sellers must submit a removal order within 30 days after the returned item arrives at the fulfillment center. You can also request that Amazon returns or disposes of your unsellable inventory automatically in Seller Central.

@@ecomclips Hello, I have several returns that have been "Customer Damaged" and my current profile settings are to auto-remove any inventory that is unsellable. How can I submit a claim to get a refund from amazon for customer damaged return items? I'm losing inventory and Amazon it taking funds from my account to refund the customer after they damage the product.
How do you get the TRID? Transaction ID. It’s not on the spreadsheet you downloaded.
Thank you for reaching out. To find a transaction ID, go to the Your Account Overview page, search for specific transactions by setting the appropriate date range, and then click View. To view details of a transaction, click the Details link. The transaction ID is the string of numbers next to the label "Transaction ID." You can copy that transaction ID and then paste it where you need it.

Customer Damaged FBA returns are fully refunded by Amazon and the seller can not be reimbursed correct? Amazon replies by "Amazon does not accept responsibility and will not reimburse you for returned items that are damaged by a customer, are subject to recall, are defective or in violation of Amazon policies, or for other similar reasons. Items that fall into these categories are added to your unfulfillable inventory when they are returned."
So the question is why should we use FBA since customers buy items use them and then return them back used and damaged and get a full refund.

Thank you for reaching out to us! Amazon FBA protects the inventory that you send under their terms of service, so if inventory goes lost or gets damaged after you send it, you are owed reimbursement for the amount.
How much is reimbursed? - The average sales price of the item (not what you are listing it for at that time).

Sir i lost my inventories since last 8 months in amzon wear house i open case again and again . I showed them invoice tracking id in tracking id showes its reached amazon warehouse
But the amazon seller support team rewrote i didn't received your inventories
And also they didn't give me back reimbursement what should we do
