Thank you , Aline. Good video and great information. Just curious to know under what circumstance will you know your product get damage in Amazon warehouse or during delivery ? Complain by customer ?

Honestly it's not easy - you pretty much have to be on top of it but yes, customer complaints or if you receive a shipment of 50 units for example and then 2 are deemed unsellable (and aren't customer returns). Sometimes Amazon will contact you and let you know they damaged and initiate the reimbursement but it's tough because you have to keep track of units received, units sold, units returned and units marked as unsellable... For us it's truly nor worth our time, especially with multiple products. That's why Getida is 110% worth it!

Dear Aline, FBA lost 219 units in their warehouse. Created case and they reimbursed in Cash. But I see the amount show $0 reimbursed. Seller Support does not help. PLease give me advise.
