There are five billion tutorials on how to configure a Raspberry Pi. They are all the same and BAD ! They assume that everyone already knows everything and only show the configuration, not what to connect and how.
This is the only tutorial on the internet showing everything step by step. From the things you need, through connection, to installation. WELL DONE. THANKS AGAIN !!!

Thanks for the Tutorial... Looks like the only thing it saved here was having to download the OS image before burning it to the SD card. Been using Etcher for some time now and it works great. I did cringe when I saw you put the static sensitive Pi directly on the Rug. Might want to avoid that, especially now that winter is coming and static build up indoors can be an issue. If you re-mount the SD card to you Apple and add a file called "ssh" to that boot directory. Then ssh will be enabled at first boot. I use a program called Angry IP Scanner to locate the PI once its booted if you use a Network cable to connect the PI. WiFi will require you to use a monitor and keyboard

Lots of important information to unpack.
One point I would like you to consider, put the pi in a case before you start a demo.
New user need to learn about ESD and protection from shorting out the board if it touches metal when powered.
I have seen a number of Raspberry Pi’s damaged from careless handling. Now that the cost of a pi 8GB is now over $100 in Canada it’s going to cost you to replace it.

Blind people new to the Raspbery Pie who may need to know if a screenreader is included with the OS or rather who need screenreader access during setup won’t as it is important to someone with no vision at all like myself who is a newby.

Should've had your wpa_supplicant file ready to go as soon as you flashed the OS and had a /boot directory, and might as well created a zero byte ssh while you were there. Saves a couple of steps and WiFi AND ssh are active on first boot.

    • @jeanyluisa8483

You can use the PI-Imager and press Ctrl+Shift+Z. You will get a menu to preconfigure your installation. That way you can enter your wifi credential, change hostname and password, enable SSH etc. without adding a wpa_supplicant. You can chose to save those data so the PiI-Imager will automatically adthis configuration whenever you prepare a new SD card.
