    Looks good beautiful kitchen I like weber smokey mountain built in water pan temp gauge 2 racks it stacks nicely

    Am really chilling and not grilling in Deep South on 2/18/21. Ice forming on trees roads closed. You guys stay safe and warm. See you after the thaw. My pup said he went to sleep in Mississippi and woke up in Alaska. Smile.

    Neckbones! Surprise surprise surprise. Most under used meats. New way to use them. We stew, fry, roast and eat'em now we are going to smoke them and eat'em. Thanks D. Never know what the D is going to do next. FYI Looking at the Argentine grill. Lots of wood here.

    Awesome video. I love cooking like this. I was raised up in a very small Cajun town in Louisiana and this is food we ate and I still love cooking like this today.

    Thanks for not spending 15 minutes of video showing how to wash the meat. People kill me with that "I'm so clean washing my meat all day" I just skip those garbage videos all together...Great to the points video!

    Looks good! I want to make these now! Just so you know you called a frying pan a sauce pan. Also, that Starter jacket is BAD A$$!

      I seem to have luck when shopping at Kroger or Wal-Mart. One of the two generally will carry them.

      @@DskiGrillz I still haven’t been able to find any. I don’t think we have K͏r͏o͏ger and Walmart doesn’t have any. I might try an Asian market.

    Looking good! Question after applying the gravy and wrapping , did it wash away any smoke flavor?
