Am really chilling and not grilling in Deep South on 2/18/21. Ice forming on trees roads closed. You guys stay safe and warm. See you after the thaw. My pup said he went to sleep in Mississippi and woke up in Alaska. Smile.
Neckbones! Surprise surprise surprise. Most under used meats. New way to use them. We stew, fry, roast and eat'em now we are going to smoke them and eat'em. Thanks D. Never know what the D is going to do next. FYI Looking at the Argentine grill. Lots of wood here.
Awesome video. I love cooking like this. I was raised up in a very small Cajun town in Louisiana and this is food we ate and I still love cooking like this today.
Russell Prada Hey Russell. You are so right!! I did oxtails about a week before. I will post soon they were ridiculous on the grill have a good weekend and holiday my friend.
Thanks for not spending 15 minutes of video showing how to wash the meat. People kill me with that "I'm so clean washing my meat all day" I just skip those garbage videos all together...Great to the points video!
mark Davies Thank you...I listened to the video before posting and totally missed the sauce pan error....age is catching up with me along with the age of the starter jacket...lol. Thanks for checking our the video, have a great weekend
I love your videos, love your style like the way you cook, but I just want to know, why do you not use gloves, you cross contaminate everything when you touch something washing your hand
Looks good!!

I agree. I have two friends that own the WSM. It's an amazing smoker! Thanks for checking out the video!

I'm from Port Arthur Texas, been eating bones all my life.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
I’m gonna make some today but I was gonna boil them first then put em on the smoker after

What temperature are you running?
@@joshhines6280 250 to 275 the entire cook. About 5 hours. Thanks for checking out the video.
Where do you find beef smoked neck Bones?
I seem to have luck when shopping at Kroger or Wal-Mart. One of the two generally will carry them.
@@DskiGrillz Thanks...
Believe some grocery stores carry them.
@@DskiGrillz I still haven’t been able to find any. I don’t think we have K͏r͏o͏ger and Walmart doesn’t have any. I might try an Asian market.
@@MI-vn4tp Sorry your search isn't going well. Maybe the Asian market as you suggested. Good luck.
Looking good! Question after applying the gravy and wrapping , did it wash away any smoke flavor?
No. The smoke flavir was set and very prevalent even after wrapping and gravy. Thanks for checking out the video.
Nice cook bruh!
Thats amazing how we waste water when in Africa our people have to walk or run 10-20 miles to the river just to get little at a time.
Hows texture vs Oxtail?

Had me till you put that gravy on top.
