For me, saw them a couple years ago. 62 now, so, been to a few concerts in my day. They are different in concert with the visuals, performances. Amazing sound. Danny is a beast, taking drumming to the next level.
Saw them play in Manchester, NH. back in 2003. A memorable experience 😊🙏 Danny Carey is the greatest drummer that I have ever seen, or heard. He'll go down as the greatest drummer of all time IMO. And I've been attending concerts since back in the Woodstock era.
My two brothers and i where 6 rows back on the floor, its was the best time we've had Ever!!! I cant wait to experience them with my nephews and and brothers from a suite next time...
This show had a truly top caliber rendition of The Grudge. It's always great, but I think the performance for it at this particular show was the best I've seen and the best performance of any song either night in Phoenix this year.
In tool Adam and Danny are the real leaders, esp Adam, Danny musically. Maynard wants the focus off of him, because most people associate Tool with him just because he is the voice of the band and does more interviews (because everyone else is too much on the spectrum) while in his other two bands, he’s center stage. But sit up close and he still sings his ass off for tool!
@@justinhawks4458this. Keenan used to be front and center during their live shows (around the time Ænima came out - think mid-1990s), but he's really been digging a lot into personal growth and spiritual development since then (especially after 9/11 when they released Lateralus). he IS a showman and performer, but he's taking the low and humble road with Tool because of the direction the band has gone in recent decades. it's not about him... it's about the music and the message.
I saw them a number of years ago. The sound was tight and purely amazing. I have to admit I was bored to death with Maynards stage presence. It has to be the most mailed in effort. Pretty disappointing. Everyone else in the band was incredible. Maynard could have doubled as a coat rack.
What exactly is wrong with some Tool fans? Are they incapable of admiring their favorite artist without the juvenile bent of crapping on other music they can’t understand? Honestly, it’s pathetic.
Taylor Swift wishes she could write a break up song as amazing as this
LOL!
who is tayler swift?
Stinkfist is the ultimate breakup song
Doubt.
What’s a Taylor Swift?
was there that night. it topped every concert ive ever been too for sure. best experience
We were at the Friday night show, sec 121, row 18, amazing show.

That venue is amazingly intimate. That's the sort of Tool gig I want to go to.
Saw them February 2nd in Dallas, time of my life!
Seen them in Dallas with a head full of mushrooms. One hell of a show for sure.
Saw them in austin in 2019 on a head full of acid lol spiral 🌀 out madude
Man I wish you filmed the whole show ! Pro shot quality ! Outstanding
Saw this show in Birmingham Alabama, Maynard specifically asked only to record on the last song, if we were good boys and girls.
They only let you record the last song

Indeed it was! Really solid set. Dude; The Grudge live leaves me awestruck every time.

Utterly brilliant band.
Perfectly perfected!!! Mrah!
Shame they didn’t play this in Fresno on Monday while I was there for my very first Tool concert
They’ve been alternating between schism and stinkfist, but hey, you got Rosetta! That’s only been the last couple legs

Guacamole is better with cilantro
james maynard keene is the best best best
Cell phone garbage, as usual. There's a reason why Maynard doesn't like them. Guess why?
One trick ponies.😴
Epic ....
They're so sick of playing this song
