Wow, man. I'm using the same app for my home workouts. Decided to buy dumbbells to add some difficulty. Rocking my 4th month (Full body and Lower body challenge). I do a day break (on Sunday). I feel much better, testosterone levels skyrocketing rn, I have more energy than ever before, I feel much better, better mood, better quality of life. I'm in my cutting phase and a lot of protein is essential to get some muscles, enough sleep too 💪

I do it daily because of my back pain is gone and if I stop it will come back :(.
