After discovering the benefits of working out regularly, I started doing it every day and never stopped since. Getting up to work out every single morning is not an easy thing to do. I have watched similar videos from bigger creators before, but I feel like its tough to provide advice around obstacles as a realy beginner. Wow, man. I'm using the same app for my home workouts. Decided to buy dumbbells to add some difficulty. Rocking my 4th month (Full body and Lower body challenge). I do a day break (on Sunday). I feel much better, testosterone levels skyrocketing rn, I have more energy than ever before, I feel much better, better mood, better quality of life. I'm in my cutting phase and a lot of protein is essential to get some muscles, enough sleep too 💪
