I was wondering why this kind of mess wasn’t replicated in Manipal serving great quality food, a limited menu and budget friendly. Realised that it came down to the people keeping it alive. Naik uncle and the other employees/helpers have done a great job surviving the pandemic and still retaining the taste in their food. Also Naqaab Filmmaking, you guys did a fantastic job recording this for future students to understand the people behind the delicious rotis and Sabzis
