I really identified with Eve speaking about his mom (and parents ) with relation to his music pursuits. I'm not a musician but a creative who primarily focuses on writing and sustainability on another side. so my parents always had a kid with non mainstream professional pursuits that were not necessarily clear to them. I actually shared, Eve's comments in this video with my mom because it seemed like he was interested in the perspective of other mom's with crazy kids. My mama said: "It's scary not because you can't understand them, but that you can't necessarily help them in an industry that you know so little about." In spite of this and being a family of immigrants in America, my parents never told me not to pursue my work. In fact, they are the first to ask how they can help even if they don't know how to at first. Thank you to them and another huge thanks to Eve's mom . Because of your choices, Eve has been able to radiate such goodness and that has changed my life so much for the better. Thank you! *also my parents get up SUPER early and get to bed early :)
