Eula. Eula *Vengeance.*
I honestly sympathize with Eula here, more often than I reasonably should with any character. For several years, she's lived under Schubert's tension and a fleeting dream that she knew would never happen, not after Lady Vanessa degraded the aristocracy and influenced the Knights of Favonius. We even saw in her Story Quest that Schubert was still chasing that farce of a dream when they should never have ruled Mondstadt in the first place. To that end, Eula knew something had to be done - for the sake of Mondstadt's people and to stand up for her clan's crimes and misdeeds.
She decided to join the Knights herself, trained day in and day out and ascertained the rank of Captain of the 4th Regiment of the Knights - a higher ranked Outrider affiliation that is the Reconnaissance Company. Everyone sees Eula as a mistake for the Knights - a noble aristocrat siding with the people who shunned away said aristocracy. But to Jean, she saw potential in her to correct the mistakes of her past, which is why she does everything in the name of "vengeance". To others, it can be a sign of hostility or regret, but to many people, it shows her trust and honesty towards helping others, regardless of identity. She carries out her day with regrets, but she can do more good than harm as we've seen with her trusted allies.
All in all, Eula may seem like a bad person, but to every citizen in Mondstadt, she is just a troubled girl who seeks to remove all grievances from her past for the sake of moving forward with the freedom Lady Vanessa had made. Whether it be the Fatui, Abyss or even her own clan, there will be nothing she can't do to teach them a lesson. Even with the blood of her clan running through her, she will remove anything and everything to keep Mondstadt how it is now.
For some lines of clarity to the 2nd and 3rd bit, here are a few of Eula's voice-overs.

Eula may be a Lawrence, but that does not define who she is as a person. Let alone, a Knight of Favonius. No child, not even her, should bear the stigma and hatred for something she had no control over in the end. That is what I believe what makes her different than the other Lawrence Clan.

Unlike many western cultures, in Japan people generally don’t call one-another by their first name. Doing so can be a mark of disrespect, unless you’re very close to the other person and in the right sort of casual environment.
So since everyone call the protagonist "Traveller" and not Lumine or Aether, I think their last name is Traveller.

They re-took Mondstat if the game's is to be believed, which sounds amazing as a story to be honest, and poetic, have the one person literally almost everyone hates, even her family, be the one to crush it once and for all.
Maybe adding the touch of taking the Lawrence Clan's Insignia on her outfit and crushing it right in front of said family. Add a little salt to the wound.
That is the perfect description, Enterprise. The way Eula crushes her own insignia on her idle animation means she is one step closer on liberating herself from the shackles of her clan. She even brings her own uncle to justice as she's finally done away with the ridiculous theatrics and lies that rise and fell with the aristocracy, which signifies she now accepts the true notion of "freedom" in Mondstadt. She's gained a famous yet infamous reputation within Mondstadt's borders, which acts as counterweights for everything she's achieved or gone through.
From a famous standpoint, Eula became the Captain of the Reconnaissance Company in the Knights of Favonius and even received praise from Jean herself. The one friend she trusted for a long period was Amber, and this was when she primarily joined the Knights. Diluc, Lisa and even Kaeya were weary that she may overthrow Mondstadt back into its age of darkness, but that just isn't the case. Her act of vengeance means to give the others who threaten her a warning as not to get on her bad side, and also repay their kindness with her own. After some time, Eula began to trust the Traveler as well, given how they were smart and flexible to act accordingly to any situation.
From an infamous standpoint, though not as obstinate and demanding as the Fatui, Eula did gain a tarnished reputation. Her act of joining the Knights caused the whole of Mondstadt to be in an uproar, demanding she be back out on the streets and discriminated just how the Lawrence Clan should. Her icy demeanor was taught by her uncle as a way of getting whatever she wanted, which nornally never ended well. She also was not spoken to much by the local merchants, such as Marjorie, Sara or Blanche. In a way, she became a stain on the Knights, but an even bigger one on her clan.
Simply put, Eula's act of vengeance and her demeanor are commonly misunderstood. She doesn't hold a grudge or anything or simply hate someone out of spite - she just wants to repay kindess to those who lend her a hand or complete a favor. People know not to cross the line with her, otherwise they may end off in a rather grim situation. Despite being very strict with herself, deep down she indeed has a heart. Eula wishes not to be as cold as the snowy mountains, unmoved and always bitter towards those who cross her path, but rather as calm and open as the ocean waves, truly finding a place for herself and finally being free from the stained past she was born in.
