The part with Justin Chon always hits home for me...Every time I think about the girl from my past, I come here. Although the thoughts of her only grow stronger when I watch this, it also reminds me why I'm not with her anymore and why it was the best decision for the both of us; "Don't forget all the reasons why you broke up with me...and all the reasons why I won't answer your message". When Justin says, "I'd be better now if I had another chance", that is the quote I most truly feel applies to me and my former relationship even though everything said during their scene can relate to me and her. Ultimately it was my decision to go, and we would be better now if given the chance. But what's done is done, I'll be the best man I can be for someone else; Someone will be a better man for her than I was.
The man walking in the background at 5:10 made me think things were going to turn for the worse.

I think that's exactly the reason why I like these short movies so much. In any Hollywood romance drama thing, whatever, you would have that, you would have this self destructive behavior just to increase the drama. But in these productions, there is no unnecessary drama, just pure emotions, emotions we all feel exactly in that way, emotions we can relate to.

6 years later and the closing narrative still gets me. Can't believe it's been six years! Still remember the day this came out, I clicked on it so quick. Wong Fu has been home to some truly heartfelt and inspiring storytelling for a long time & I'm happy to be able to experience it.
Justin Chon's scene just made me cry because that scene just reminded me of my past and the things they said made me want to move on...Thank you so much for this video!!!

I've been watching Wong Fu for so many years, but I can't believe I've never watched it. Maybe past me intentionally waited until I was old enough to understand being drunk so that this videos would make more sense.
Never been drunk, nor do I really plan on it. But I think I remember not wanting to watch this, kind of glad I waited this long actually. Like you said, I think it makes more sense now than it would've then.

I watched this video in 5th grade, and now I'm a freshman. God had this video touched my heart so much. I never understood something so clear before. Rewatching these made me feel like I missed out on something meaningful.

I'm exactly just like the asian guy in the video... went 4 years with my ex, to me she was the best thing that ever happened to me, the girl I thought I was gonna marry. As years went by we just slowly couldnt take eachother anymore... even with a great paying job, and the lifestyle I wished for.. at the end of my day when everything settles down partying with the bros...I just wanna text her about how much i wish she was still part of my life. To Those Nights.
Edit: wow it's now 2023 and surprised to see my own comment! Running into my own comment brings back all the great memories and people I've met since. Life is such a journey, and to think I thought the pain would never disappear, and meeting the girl I'd eventually wanna get engaged to many years later!
To anyone reading this, never give up on life, get out of your comfort zone, and know that time really does heal the wounds. Everything that happened, was meant to happen so something or someone greater can come into your life!

I swear I keep coming back to this video at least once a month; it's just that good! The music, the writing, the acting - everything is just perfect. While I, personally, haven't been drunk, my best friend has been through so many of these situations before, and I've been with her through most of them, so this video hits close to home. That's what I love the most about your videos - anyone can relate to them.

I already have seen almost half of your videos, and I've never had so much emotions in me at the same time. You have really done an amazing job, you have showed a real life situations and approaches that we use. And that only on our own we must decide what to do and how, it would be the most right choise to do so. Thanks a lot, everyone. I think you should continue your "mini - real life -movies" and somehow, I've got a feeling, that soon we will see one of your movies on a big screen.

I really enjoy watching this video. It's been a whole year since I first saw this masterpiece. I wish there were another drunk call chronicles. A sequel would be nice, or they could use different plots and characters, but keeping the same theme of this one.

I broke up with my 3 years girlfriend. Its not about whos fault in here, the situation made like this, that it just didnt work. Its already 2 months after it, and she moved on already while Im not. And she got a new boyfriend. The scene Elijah and Audrey so relatable to me. Sometimes it goes nothing, but some times later, it really hit me hard, like a bullet. Damn, 3 years not a short time. She used to be important person in my life.
