Love this video. I work up to 14 hours some days so I get the exhaustion. I literally have to guilt myself into doing my hair. We still have to remember to care for ourselves even when working these jobs. Hope youre getting some rest in between!

The exact same thing happened to me. I was working long hours and would come home and take my wig off and go to sleep. Two months of neglect, not even a wash. Never Againnnnn
Yes I feel you I have to cut all my hair off because it locked up and I could untangle it SOOO I'm starting over cut off all the perm back to natural, plus medicine I take for my heart made my hai fall out and at that point I just gave up , and did a big chop
Yes sometimes it's better to just start from scratch and cut it off. You'll learn more about your hair that way.

I got a new job that kept me busy for 12 hours a day. So I was always tired.
