@@SarasBites you should make them soon! Your recipe was the first snickerdoodle recipe i actually recommend! Its really easy to make considering im a kid. But thanks for the great recipe!
Hi, Sara! These snickerdoodles look amazing! I like to add a small box of instant vanilla pudding to cakes and cookies as well--like you said, I think it helps to keep baked goods soft and fluffy. I love sugar cookies around the holidays, but I would go for one --or two--of these as well, haha Thanks for sharing!
Hi Sara. Chewy cookies are my favorites 🥰 These look yummy. I hope you and your family are doing well and enjoying the holiday season. Hugs, Dolores ❤️
Nicely done Sara, got to love Snickerdoodle's! I used my wifes cookie scooper to make hush puppies, it worked so awesome, may have to make a video doing that.
It’s totally ok! Sometimes I don’t have it on hand either and just make the recipe without it. Although I do add an extra tablespoon on flour and then when you bake them, make sure they balls are a bit taller so they have less time to flatten out :)
@@SarasBites I think it’s just me lol I love to bake but I was a little saddened that it came out stick twice! Maybe because I used the wrong kind of butter I used light butter from the tub and I also used a swifter and I didn’t want to use vanilla pudding maybe that’s why 🤦🏼♀️‼️
@@cali_smartb5098 oh maybe. The tub butter is usually vegetable oil and more runny than actual butter. Maybe if you don’t add the vanilla pudding try adding a bit more flour?
What's your favorite holiday cookie? 🍪🎄
Shortbread!
These look amazing! I didn’t know you can make snickerdoodles without cream of tarter. Totally gonna try!
yes definitely! let me know how they turn out :)
I will try it. I'm sure my 93 yrs. old Nonna will love them.
I hope she does ☺️💜
I love this recipe, it's the best, I roll the cookies in colored sugar and make sugar cookies out of them everyone loves them...Thank-you
Thank you for sharing this recipe. I do not keep cream of tartar in my pantry and I am so happy I found your recipe! Thanks!

Thank you 😋
Do you still get the sharp cream of tartar flavourings
Oooooooooo yummyyyy 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

Can I substitute baking soda?
Is it ok if we add gelatin instead of pudding?
I’ve honestly ever tried it because pudding is a little different but has gelatin in it
What if you don’t have vanilla pudding?
It’s totally ok! Sometimes I don’t have it on hand either and just make the recipe without it. Although I do add an extra tablespoon on flour and then when you bake them, make sure they balls are a bit taller so they have less time to flatten out :)
I just use reg salted butter and leave out adding salt
That’s a good idea! :)
Making these as you speak... lol😅
Hope you like them 😊
What if you don’t have the pudding 🥺
You can totally still make them!
@@SarasBites omg check out my shorts I followed your recipe without the pudding!! You’re amazing 😻
Did anyone make them?
I made them 3 weeks ago with my kids. Gone by next morning! We made smaller ones though
Awesome! We made them too, and wow! We will be making the. Again
Where's the receipt

This was funny to me my batter came out so sticky twice I couldn’t roll nothing into a ball I don’t know what happened or what I did wrong 🤦🏼♀️
Oh no!! I wonder why it’s doing that. Mine is honestly never sticky. I guess more like cookie dough texture :/

just refrigerate the dough for about an hr.
