Here's a good question I got.
"Your 12pm patient arrives 30mins late for treatment, and your 2pm patient is an important businessman, who cannot be late for his flight. How do you handle this situation?"
I said patients come first, and we would work through lunch to get done as much as we could for pt 1 and to make sure pt 2 was on time.
The docs said that if i did that the assistants would be mad at me, and nobody would want to work for a dentist who took their lunch away.
I told them that I had been working fulltime as an RDA for a year. In the office i worked at patients came first, and I work through lunch without complaint when needed. I don't like working through lunch, but sometimes it happends. So if my assistant has a problem with it, then maybe I need a new assistant.
They must have liked it, i was accepted on the spot.
Thank you Trevor, this was a great video and very useful. ☺👌👌👌👌👌
I was just reading about mmis. Thank you!!
Great advice. Gap years are good to separate yourself from the rest of the applicants!
You are my hero 😄👍
Can you please do a breakdown of your schedule for d2
It would be nice if you could ship the tee shirts to Canada! I'm quite sure some Canadian dental students would buy them (i.e like me :P )
Email me @ findbalanceapparel@gmail.com and I'll make it happen :)
