My degree was a waste of time and money.😢. Bachelor of Nursing gets you nowhere anymore. The work suck and you’re treated like a slave but you have a degree. The pay was not better. And now my back is ruined for the privilege of nursing horrible people for years😡
This is surprising to read. What would have made the difference -- getting a masters of nursing? My understanding is that nurses generally make pretty decent money. I had a friend back in the 90s who worked nursing temp jobs at $27 an hour. The amount she was making left me floored. I remember one week when she worked 3 days, and she commented that she had worked enough to cover her mortgage for that month.
Generally, I have to agree with you about 4 year degrees. They don't mean much anymore, and that hasn't been true in a very long time. Anyone enrolling in college has to figure out the end game, which for most would be engineering school, law school, medical school.
Even grad school can be iffy. I was political science with a pre-law minor in undergrad. My intention was to go to law school, but my senior year in college, I decided to go for my master's in public administration instead -- big mistake.
@@Tes7000 depends where you are. Here they prefer to hire the lowest level of nurses the ones with 10 month courses because they can pay them half the amount that an RN would make. Who cares if they aren’t nearly as qualified as an RN.
They just want your money. I never went. How am I going to pay off college debt, car payments, mortgage, and living expenses?

Teachers only teach! They can’t learn for you. But
Interactive-learning computer programs are designed so students learn thoroughly and quickly as they read.
When Artificial Intelligence is employed in the development of these programs, the need for teachers will become extinct.
A teacher that isn't willing to learn from a student in a pagan classroom, is not a teacher at all.

if you’re someone who can afford an expensive paper without needing said paper to make a living, no one can say anything. But it’s another thing entirely when you don’t pay for your chosen field of “education”, cannot pay it back then cry that the whole country should pay for you.
