I'm surprised there is no information about the stabber being arrested and charged for the attack. Could it be that the jailers and Chavin himself don't even know who did it? If so, I'm surprised that Chavin is ever allowed in an area not covered by multiple video cameras.
Due to fear of lawsuits whenever someone is stabbed the prison goes on information lock down.

Pinal and Pima county sheriff's are sloppy with medical trips and frequently do not watch them in the hospitals and medical centers. I watched an inmate, patient escape with belly chains, a logging chain hooked to it, in leg irons, hospital gown and underpants run away in Phoenix and the guards could not be found! Phoenix PD caught him trying to get on the 24th street bus.😊

The stabber is now spending more time in prison. He states, that has been planning on stabbing him for about a month, and that he wanted to commit the crime on black Friday. The day after Thanksgiving is called black Friday, because back in the days, they use to use a black book to write down inventory, and that is why the stores have sales, because retailers want to get rid of old merchandise, and bring in new merchandise for the new year. 🙄
That's not why it's called black Friday. That's a myth started by retailers designed to encourage shopping by convincing people that they *had* to shop or else all these retailers would go out of business.
There are two possible reasons it's really called that. The first time "Black Friday" was used was in a journal publication because employees would often call in sick the day after Thanksgiving to have a a 4-day weekend (US Thanksgiving is always on a Thursday).
The other possible explanation is that police in Philadelphia and Rochester used "Black Friday" and "Black Saturday" because of the ridiculous traffic that occured the days after Thanksgiving and at the beginning of the Christmas shopping season.

He had his knee on his shoulder, you can see that on the different angle on the body cam. Same thing where people said he had his hands in his pocket, he did not, he was wearing black gloves that blended into his pants. You need to stop believing everything the media tell you and look at the footage yourself. They even showed the footage in the court and the police chief agree the knee was on the shoulder.

@@vwgames49If it was his neck, as you claimed it was, the autopsy would have listed damage to the neck area. Which it does not. It is quiet easy to damage the neck. There are also other things that appear a day later if breathing was resisted, which was not present. So regardless where you think the knee was, it was on the structures of the neck that are used for breathing there would be evidence. The doctor who did the autopsy even put in this notes that after looking at the video the knee did not appear to be on those structures. You are the one that is getting gaslighted and you don't even know it.

George Floyd complained of a medical emergency in the cop car. Derrick Chauvin took that as George Floyd being non compliant and pulled him out of the vehicle, specifically to kneel on his neck as a form of punishment. You cannot use physical techniques on individuals experiencing medical emergencies or using speech (even if offensive). Since George Floyd was in the vehicle handcuffed, and needed medical attention Derricks job was to leave him in the car and drive him to the ER to be admitted for medical treatment. Due to Chauvin using faulty practice, this means he cannot hide behind the training that was given to him when he went through the training academy.

a. Cause of Death: Mr. Floyd died of traumatic asphyxia due to the compression of his neck and back during restraint by police.
b. Manner of Death: Homicide as seen in the scene video and confirmed at autopsy.
c. The pressure on the neck interfered with blood flow to his brain and air flow to and from his lungs. The pressure on his back while in the prone position prevented his diaphragm from moving so he couldn't inhale.
d. The cause of death is consistent with what we see on the video.
2. Dr. Wilson
a. Cause of Death: Asphyxia due to neck and back compression led to a lack of blood flow to the brain.
b. Mechanical asphyxia defined as a physical force that interferes with breathing or the delivery of oxygen to the organs. In this case, the physical force was neck and chest compression.
c. Based on the video and the position of the knee in the video, there was pressure on the carotid artery of the neck that led to cerebral anoxia. Cerebral anoxia is a lack of appropriate blood flow to the brain.
d. Weight on the back, handcuffs and positioning were contributory factors because it impaired the ability of the diaphragm to function

This is a common way to gain "attention" and get moved around the prison system to a better setting, especially among "high profile" inmates. He's looking to do his "time" in a low security prison where everyone is close to going home so there's more incentive for them being "good inmates".
