With CNC machines a lot of the cheaper guitars are made a lot better. Even the expensive guitars use the same CNC machines and programs I'm sure, which you'd think that they better make up for it elsewhere when they do a final sanding. After that it's all about the hardware on the guitar. That squire shouldn't be any more than $200.
This squier came with a practice amp, gig bag and guitar lead. It was a bargain.
You are right about the CNC machines making these guitars. Often you'll find that many if not all high priced guitars are built in the same factories by the same people. The only thing that changes is the brand decals and logos! 😂🎸🎶😊👍🏼

Yeah the gold on the 57's wore off quite quickly as I recall. This model is based on the old model.

The Squier Classic series are UNNEATABLE for the price!!! I have over a hundred guitars and the "Classic Vibe" series hold their own with my original 60's Strats.... They're amazing guitars!!!
Yep totally agree. Squier makes great guitars and when you think about it.
The standard stratocaster specification means that all strats should be virtually identical.
The only difference may be in it's electronics which are easily replaceable if you feel the need?

My 2015 Classic Vibe 3 tone SB I have loaded player series guard on it. Amazing strat. My sons first guitar was 20th Anniversary Squier Standard in candy apple red. The 70s large headstock and the 2 post trem is the sign of the standard with standard on the headstock. This one looks like the SE that comes with Amp. Nice.

I have a Squire classic vibe Strat and I love it. Great value. Fret ends may need smoothing but otherwise very good guitar for the price.
If you play lousy, it will sound lousy even on an expensive guitar so Im all in for the Squire line! Heck yessssssssssss
Absolutely right. It's the guitarist not the guitar that makes the music. A Squier stratocaster is a great choice for any guitarist whatever their level of skill.
If you can make a less expensive guitar sound good you know you're on the right track.

I already own a great stratocaster.
I miss the days when every big box store had a demo guitar, Same with keyboards. My first guitar was a red lyon by Washburn I bought at target. Still have it but it's become a Frankensteins monster of parts. It started when I snapped the neck like a fool. Switched pickups off an Ibanez installed a different bridge and put a Kramer neck on it.

Where are the Squier Strat's made?
My Fender Strat is Made In Mexico. It plays great.
I think this particular squier stratocaster was made in Indonesia. My son has a MiM strat and it's also great.
All fender and squier stratocasters are built to a standard on cnc machines these days so really it doesn't matter where they are made.
The only difference is the electronic components that can easily replaced.
This Squier played and sounded great. 🎶🎸👍🏼
