TOOK A BAREFOOT WALK IN THE NEW FOREST AND CAME OUT TALLER THAN THE TREES WITH NEW BAREFOOT FRIENDS

Something amazing happens when I go out into the woods. Looking at the majesty of old trees, breathing the oxygen-rich air, connecting my bare feet with the earth, listening to the sound of birds, crickets chirping and the wind through the branches of the trees, looking at the sky - these things elicit an inexplicable serenity, peace, joy, brotherly love, happiness and no doubt physical and mental health. It is a magic elixir. It is the purest, most natural form of medicine that is grounding, nourishing, strengthening, purifying, activating, and transforming.
If only we allowed ourselves to be always guided by the powerful and healing hand of Nature…

Hello, it's always good to go to new places barefoot even if it's the same kind of ground the environment is not really the same. Since my last comment i have done a little less than twenty barefoot walks including 1 in the forest, this week i have done 2 in the street and by the end of the week i will do more others.
