This is the same in every europe country. You won't live really well if u have bad education and a low profile job in germany, france or what ever country u pick but at the end of the day it's your choice to complain about it for the next 40 years and do what ever work u do right now or educate yourself more, work hard and try to become someone who earns more.

Thank the federal government for this insane overspending. Until we start paying off our national debt this going to continue. This is caused by borrowing more and more money or printing of money with no backing for that currency. The federal government is the only level of our government that when they run out of money can simply print more of it, which causes inflation. Look closely at EVERYTHING that the government spends money on and all the "pork barrel" spending.

I'm 75 and it was unheard of being in the house in the summer we built fences and chicken coops, broke horses, gardening, craft making, cooking, working by picking fruit from farm to farm ( on foot) we went fishing and worked at the racetrack or the polo field. We learned so many skills the bratts of today don't have a clue about

I spoke out on various topics on Facebook and got fired for being a racist. I have done my part. I don't even have kids, so I have no skin in the game. I have always voted for right-wing parties. Can't say the same thing about previous generations. I grew up in the Netherlands. Leftist have pretty much always been the majority. The tide is turning, but it may be too late already.

i remember when i was a teenager which was way back in the 80s i was one of those sort of angry teens that rants about people being sheep and not thinking for themselves, and i sort of cringe at myself thinking about it in hindsight. but then i look at A LOT of the young people today and i have NEVER been more disappointed with peoples ability to think for themselves and have an opinion that is not just shared slogan shouting of other peoples rhetoric. the absolute lack of awareness to others motives and their own, the inability to reflect on what other people are actually saying and why. to investigate their own kneejerk reactions or to see people as individuals and not just as group A of pawns and group B of pawns etc... they can chant the most hateful misdirected things and cannot simply self reflect on what they are actually saying and why. they are so self absorbed that nothing matters but them and they have no reason to be insightful or reflect because they are always right and other people do not actually matter.

Emily, your are spot on correct and the truth is it's not just the USA that has these problems, it is the entire western civilisation. The challenge for you as a well spoken, logically thinking Gen Z-er, is how to counter that craziness and how to influence the various younger generations back into pride in their identity, in their country and in their civilisation. This is a political battle and without a doubt it's a political battle for survival of the west. You come across strong, so I hope you take on that battle and I wish you good luck.
If anyone's interested, there's a British band called UNIT that released a whole album inspired by and dedicated to Prageru, TPUSA and The Daily Wire. I discovered their You Tube channel a couple of years ago and most of their stuff is excellent. I'm not an agent for the band nor do I know any of them but, to judge from their lyrics, they seem genuine. I found them by typing UNIT Andy Martin The Voice Of Reason into YT which did the trick. They have the entire album as a playlist. One of their tracks features the mighty Ben Shapiro, a couple of later pieces feature Matt Walsh and they do a cracking version of Columbia Gem Of The Ocean, too!
Robert J Altemeyer wrote the book on Authoritarianism, one important fact of an Authoritarian regime is that it's not just Authoritarian Leaders but Authoritarian followers. These are A: Loyal to those they see as being in a legitimate position of authority, B: Highly conventionalist and uncritical of preconceived notions and those in said positions of authority and C: Hostile to those who do not conform or are critical of their extended group.
When Right Wingers blather on about the youth being brainwashed to "Hate America", what they are actually saying is that the idea of people who can see the problems in America both Historic and Current must be wrong. The accuracy of what they are taught is irrelevant, the notion of the mythical version of America which is perfect in every way save for a few mislead malcontents and troublemakers MUST be preserved at all cost.
Young people like this give me hope for the future.

Thankfully, all of the Generation Z and Alpha's I know think for themselves, and they reject most of the wayward notions from various social media! Some of them outright refuse to use social media. They've got good Gen X parents
This is truth. This is the same how I feel about same-sex pairings (refuse to call them couples) using surrogacy, IVF or adopting to "have kids." A vast majority of opposite sex couples usually resort to adoption if there is fertility issues. Same sex pairings see kids as commodities because they want to replicate the nuclear family.
I'm a Catholic and my father tells me to essentially hide my miraculous medallion (which has a picture of Mother Mary, Queen of Heaven, on it). As much as I dislike being told to hide myself like that, the commandment does say to honour your father and mother. In the Bible, Esther found favour with the king. But, as I remember, she hid her Jewish identity because her uncle (who had taken the place of her father) told her to. She revealed her Jewish identity only at the opportune moment to save the Jews from genocide. If she had done it earlier, she might not have gotten the result (of saving her fellow Jews). So, while I wouldn't normally discourage a Jew from wearing the star of David, if you parents tell you to, then maybe you should honour their wish. If you're like me, your religious identity is too hard to keep secret for too long, anyway.

Disband the Federal Department of Education. Start unique school systems that are not tied to the Federal government. Putting the ten commandments back in schools would only be just a start. And perhaps most of all, keep families in-tact, and have good local interaction among citizens.
