I thought Steven Le was gonna bring Highlander to worlds and only took Nova’s to that BCS because he already got his sponsored invite and was playing for fun.
Turns out, he decided to be the people’s champ.
Thank you Steven lee for being my idol.
My guy brought nova to the world and won top 4. Got deleted by NN but good god you rock.
What do you think about running dosledge in the deck? it can get power, guard restrict and SC for Bustered
Can you clarify the resist ruling with the Cho Oh thing? Im failing to see what you mean by having 2 golsachis stopping cho oh completly
What i heard from a judge at my locals was
Chou ou choose column, but then proceed to says bind one of ur opp’s front row
But when something had a numerical value such as bind ‘one’
Then it cannot bypass the resist, and resist can only be by pass by bind ‘all’ as all doesn’ have numerical value
So armorbreak can bypass, but chou ou can’t by pass, i heard JP changed the ruling when fated clash came out but not so susre
Just what I heard at my locals when someone use chou ou against resist unit and the judge there clarify that chou ou cannot bypass resist
Thanks bud i guess that makes sense, weird they waited so long for that change though haha

Yes this correct. The gist is that if the text now has a number it counts as targeting, whilst before it specifically had to have the word "choose" in the effect text. So for Cho-Ou the key part is: "choose a column, bind one of your opponent's front row rear-guards in that column"". Because it says bind one, it counts as targeting.
The other big card this affects is Chaos Breaker Crisis and Dragon (V). For example, with Chaos Breaker Dragon (V) it says: When your opponent's locked card is unlocked, COST [Soul Blast (1)], retire one of those unlocked units". Ägain, because of the "one" it counts as targeting now, so resist units cannot be retired.
Funnily enough, this does not affect the original Chaos Breaker Dragon, as the text for it is: [AUTO](VC) Limit Break 4:[Soul Blast (1)-card with "Star-vader" in its card name] During your opponent's end phase, when an opponent's locked card is unlocked, you may pay the cost. If you do, retire that unit, and draw a card." Since there is no mention of number in the retire, it doesn't count as targeting.
Can a build without promos be viable?
I mean, it is pretty hard to get them if you have like no LGS to begin with, and must import cards from USA.
Unfortunately, its not. Its imperative to have these cards in order to bring out the full potential of the deck.
Don't know what country you're from but could always buy online.
@@Registeel13Ty I mean... in Brazil we must import the cards and it is too costy to do that for like... 6 cards.
What promo? Sazanda?
I'll get my revenge on Steven some day.
